I went here to grab a Scion FR-S recently and the entire experience from start to finish was great. Ron and company did a great job of quickly getting the vehicle in the precise configuration I had hoped.

The financing folks were splendid! Kim Simms and Kathryn Marenzi did an absolutely amazing job of finding me a much better interest rate than I had expected and were a pleasure to deal with during a (normally long and tedious) process.

Overall, the entire staff was professional, helpful, and straightforward. I would definitely recommend this place!

Greg Kern was the perfect representative of the Toyota Company. He was friendly, positive, didn't put any pressure on me to make a purchase, and encouraged me to explore the dealership and get something that i would be completely satisfied with. he listened to me about what i wanted and needed in a car and was able to put me in a Rav4, which i am completely in love with, and got me a great price with a great APR and made sure the payment that i wanted was what i got. I was at the dealership for 6 hours that day, BUT i never noticed how long i had been there because i was enjoying my experience. I got exactly what i was looking for and would recommend Greg to anyone that i know that is looking for a car.

Greg Kern was a pleasure to deal with... We first began to contact Greg about a month prior to purchasing the 2012 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner, and every time he always made time to answer any questions and prep us for a "possible" purchase. Every step of the way he made this purchase enjoyable and even possible. In the end the final deal was very good for us and Greg was straight up about it the whole time. I would also like to say thank you to the Finance Manager, Kim Simms, who also was very kind and never made us feel pressured with the final steps of the contract. Greg's personality and humor made the time enjoyable, aside from his questionable choice in professional teams (haha just kidding). Over all, the experience with this dealership was very good and I would highly recommend going there and dealing with the individuals listed. Before we drove off, Greg made sure to fully explain everything about the truck... And the result is a very happy couple with a new Toyota, thank you.

It was great dealing with Greg Kern from start to finish. I am bad with names, but everyone else who assisted us throughout the transaction was great as well. From the first contact to the minute before I drove my new car off the lot, everything was smooth. Greg was very down to earth and honest. Very little pressure to buy. I was comfortable the entire time I was there. Their ability to finance poor credit with great APR left me very pleased, as did some of the added bonuses tacked on. The car itself is beautiful; certified used and in pristine condition. So far, I couldn't be happier. The experience was like night and day compared to where I bought my last car (Team Chevrolet in Pasadena which has since closed down...probably for the better). I am glad I came to Puente Hills Toyota and...ultimately, just glad I bought a Toyota, period. I'd recommend this place and Greg to anyone!

It was my first time buying a car. My salesperson Greg, was extremely helpful. He was easy to talk to, honest, and charismatic. I enjoyed my experience because the 8 hours wasn't dreadful but suprisingly pleasant considering the stressful conditions of buying a car. I want to thank Greg for his patience and kindness. I am extemely happy with my buy! The only thing I was unhappy with was having to pay for my second key. For all buyers make sure you ask if a used car comes with 2 keys because if not you may have to pay an extra whooping $200 to make another.

We had our best car buying experience ever! Greg Kern, the Internet Director, was very professional and very efficient! I spotted the car on Thursday morning online and we went home with it the next day! We didn't wait for hours and got all of the info we wanted on the car. We had been looking for weeks and talked to many dealers. They were really great at Puente Hills and the price was great too! We had done a lot of homework so we know we have a great car at a great price!
