My Review of Germain Toyota of Columbus:
We were looking for an old reliable car with low miles, in good condition (good on gas) for a nephew to get back and forth to work. We found one on the internet at Germain Toyota. We sent emails late one evening to a couple of dealerships and Greg Neutzling called the next morning. We went over to Columbus and bought the car. Greg has been great about making everything right. There were a couple of issues. One window did not work and the dome light did not work. Greg had those issues corrected in the cost of the car. He communicated with us regularly about the status of the repairs. He was courteous and responsive in getting the repairs taken care of. He followed up with a phone call after we brought the car home.

I have been looking for a 2010 Toyota Prius with a specfic package and color for a long time. In scorrowing the internet I found what I aws looking for listed on Germain Toyota in Coloumbus Ohio usedcar lot. Called the dealer to see if the car was still on the lot. Left a voice message to call me back. Within a short time I received a call from Greg Neutzling. He assured me the car was availabel to test drive and I should come on down. I live about 100 miles from Coloumbus and have a ill spouse. He said if I could not get there he would bring the car to me to look over and test drive. That was a very plesant suprize! After making arraingments to have a family member care for my wife, another family member took me to Coloumbus. Greg was scheduled to be off the day I could make it to Coloumbus. He asked me to call him on his personel phone and he would come in when I got there. That is what I call dedication! When I drove in to the dealership he was waiting for me! Explained the car to me,and arrainged a test drive. I knew I found the wright car and SALESPERSON immediately! Bought the car at a good price. Greg made feel very much at home. He called the next day to check and see how my drive home was and if there was anything else he could do! This is a great person to work with! Very happy Toyota Prius owner!!!

My Review of Germain Toyota of Columbus:
We had 2005 Dodge caravan that had 150k on it and it was time to get a another car. We had a great purchase with the van at carmax but I wanted a Toyota this time around. Carmax did not have what I wanted so began searching and came across Germain Toyota. I had been reading review after review on the internet about the Toyota Corolla and it was just a no brainer for me. The Toyota Corolla is a bullet proof car meaning super reliable, excellent on gas...can't go wrong especially in this economy.

So filled out a form on-line and the next day got a call from Greg Neutzling with Germain Toyota. My credit had some dings so told him what I wanted, what I saw on-line and really didn't want to waste his time or mine if I wasn't going to get approved for financing. He said he would check on this and call me back. Got a call back in about 10 min. Greg said come on down we can help.

So headed on down to Germain Toyota, met with Greg Neutzling test drove the car and the deal was done in just about an hour an a half or so. Very smooth and efficient buying experience. All my questions were answered. Greg offered me a soft drink while waiting, very friendly atmosphere, made me feel real comfortable.

Excellent buying exp. with Germain Toyota with Greg and the finance person, Usher. Everything was explained. I was shown comparisons as far as the maintenance and warranty plans...all my questions were answered. Excellent computer program that Toyota uses showing graphs and trends on the comparisons for warranty options. Breaks it all right down so you clearly see what you're getting with each plan.

I would def. recommend that anyone looking for a great deal on a used or new Toyota to give Germain Toyota a call. I'll be back for another Toyota in the future for sure. They beat carmax in my view for a buying experience.

Greg did a great job of showing us used cars available in the model type we wanted. Nothing appealed to us but he walked us over to new car area and we found the car that fit our needs. Good experience and couldn't beat the 0% financing. We have bought a number of cars from this dealership and very satisfied with vehicles and service provided.

Greg and the finance manager were great! They worked with me and now I've bought two cars from Gregg in 2 years. Thanks! I knew what I was looking for and talked to Greg via email for a week prior to purchasing. After visiting two other dealerships, I decided that Greg was still the salesman for me and he was great!
