Gregory Keeler at Bay Ridge Honda

I had a great experience at Bay Ridge Honda. I went to plaza honda for an advertised special that was not honored upon arrival. At Plaza they try to get you in the door and then take advantage.

Bay Ridge Honda is the complete opposite. Their numbers are accurate from start to finish, and better than any other dealership in Brooklyn. My sales associate was Greg Keeler. He was a pleasure to work with and did not give any inaccurate information. His quote was exactly the same from initiation to the time I signed my lease... Absolutely no inflation for dealer fees, tax, tags, title, etc. what you see is what you get..

Most dealers try to lure you in with a great down payment then add on thousands in miscellaneous (yet necessary) fees. Bay Ridge Honda will give you an accurate price from walking in the door to pulling off the lot.

Overall, great service and would recommend to anyone.

Mr Keeler was very personable, high energy without being aggressive, had a respectful sense of humor. & was great with cars. He knew all the cars' facts without hesitation, and gave great advice about payment and insurance plan options. He was direct and to the point without being pushy & did a great job of walking us through the car features even after the documents were signed. I would return to him if i go with Honda again.

If you want the Best Service and the Best Price See Gregory Keeler!

I am very busy at work and my job schedule is unpredictable so having so little time to spend on getting a new car and waiting for the paper work is not my ballpark.
I called Gregory, who was referred to me, and left messages during closed hours and he got back to me pretty fast with answers to my interest.
When I arrived to Bay Ridge Honda (coming from Long Island), he was all set with the car and had my file ready with no “Bull” in pricing, it was the Price as we had disgust prior.
Gregory was very knowledgeable, always professional, and his customer service skills were outstanding.

This is the 4th Honda I have leased from Bay Ridge Honda. Many years ago I had a less than enthusiastic response on my request to lease. I left the showroom but decided to give it another try before I went to a different Honda showroom. Not in the best of moods I entered the showroom and met Greg. He changed my negative impression and that day I leased a new car. I came back again and would only deal with Greg because of my very positive experience. Greg has made leasing a car fast, easy and answered all my questions. The price was fair and reasonable. I am very happy with Bay Ridge Honda, mainly because of Greg Keeler.

This is the fifth Honda I have purchased from Bay Ridge Honda, I have purchased from Gregory Keeler before and find him to be an outstanding person to deal with, as well as Dwayne Markland whom I met for the first time, both Gregory and Dwayne listen and deliver what it is I ask (with-in reason). These two make a great team. A Great product and seasoned sales consultant like Gregory and finance Manager like Dwayne is what keeps me coming back to Bay Ridge Honda.

This was my fourth Car Purchase with Gregory Keeler at Bayridge Honda, he does an exceptional job in providing Great Service Delivery and makes the sales process seamless.

I can say , I highly recommend Greg, he is the best.

Craig Bono also made the Financing very easy.

Robbert Scarpaci also did a great job as manager in getting this deal done.
