My Review of Walker's Renton Subaru:
In Particular, Mr. Lee is very outstanding in presenting the vehicle to my family and i. He was very knowledgable on all the features, specifications, and other realted information on the vehicle that we were buying. Mr. Lee was vey professional and direct with the sale dealings of the vehicle. I wish all sales agents were like him. That being said, it also persuaded me to purchase the vehicle. Overall, it was worth the drive from Poulsbo to Renton.

My Review of Walker's Renton Subaru:
I had been researching the Forrester for a little over a year, so I had an idea of what I wanted. I was referred to Ha Le via the internet and was delighted with his knowledge and friendliness. He took the time to explain what the different styles of Forrester’s had to offer with no sales pressure. The vehicle that I wanted was not available, but he was able to locate one that arrived in less than a week. Having difficulty getting to the car lot to pick up my new car, he came and picked me up at my home, which was extremely appreciated. Ha explained every detail on the car before I left the lot, and even followed up by email to see if I had any additional questions. I do recommend anyone that is interested in a new vehicle to talk to Ha for great service.

My Review of Walker's Renton Subaru:
I needed to purchase a new car. I went to Walker Subaru dealership the first person I met was Ha Lee, that was the beginning of my postive expierence. I knew that I wanted a Subaru Forrester after greeting us Ha showed us all of our potential choices. Once I saw the car I was interested in Ha spent a great deal of time going over everthing in the car from the engine to how the car was constructed to the interior very deatailed and answered my questions along the way. The test drive was just as complete with Ha showing me the features of the car. Buying a car can be stessful but I can honestly say that Ha was friendly, knowelegable and had a ease about him that made me feel at ease. I did not feel any pressure and again just at ease and comfortable. I would recommend Walker Subaru and Ha Lee and plan to pass on my recommendation to anyone I know who is is the market for a new car.

My Review of Walker's Renton Subaru:
The entire experience at Walker's Subaru was great. Ha Lee met us as soon as we pulled into the lot and began questioning what we were looking for. The exact car I was looking for, with the right accessories and with the right color (Sky Blue) just happened to be there and I knew within the first five minutes that this was THE car and that this was the right time for me to buy. Ha Lee explained the construction of the engine and the safety features. The negotiation process was low key and we agreed on a what we felt was a fair price. I believe the trade-in price for my Toyota RAV4 was reasonable, considering it had 156,000 miles.

The financing department was very professional and friendly. Everyone was friendly. Before leaving the shop in my new car, Ha helped me to connect my Smartphone with the Bluetooth and reviewed with me how to operate the car and its unique functions.
There is a great deal involved in buying a new car and the day gets long. But, the experience was very pleasant and painless and I would recommend Walker's Subaru to my friends and family.

I must say that I had an interesting purchase experience for my 2011 Subaru Forester. I did extensive research and determined that I was most interested in looking at a manual transmission model in the premium trim class. I came to find out that upper trim manual transmission models were VERY rare in Washington. None of the local Tacoma dealers had a manual transmission Forester to even test drive. I went on Edmunds.com and posted my interest in the specific model. Within hours, I got a response from Ha Lee at Walker’s Subaru of Renton. The other local dealers did not respond until days later. Ha scheduled a test drive in a base model manual transmission 2011 Forester. The test drive route was OUTSTANDING. It offered all types of terrain and conditions to put the car through its paces. After the test drive I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. My choice was a premium model with a manual five speed short shifter, fog lights, sub-woofer, tweeters, and several other options. Ultimately, it needed to be ordered directly from the factory (shortly after the earthquake in Japan) in late March. The car arrived in May. It was true satisfaction to get EXACTLY what I was looking for. The actual purchase process was quick and pleasant. HA took the time to go over ALL aspects of the car with me prior to being cut loose… Including the programing of the Bluetooth system for my iPhone. I am very satisfied to have purchased an outstanding car from an outstanding dealer. I could not have hoped for more from my purchase experience. I have already recommended Walker’s Subaru of Renton and Ha Lee to my friends.

My Review of Walker's Renton Subaru:
Ha Lee made me feel at ease from the moment I met him in person at Walker's. In addition, he made me feel at ease both over the internet and through telephone contact prior to ever meeting him in person. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and did a great job of showing me many of the new things the Outback has.

I am a long time Subaru owner and I gave my manual '99 Outback to my son as I can no longer use a manual, having recently lost my left knee. My son gave me his Impreza in trade but as that was also a manual shift I turned around and gave the Impreza to my younger brother. Now I have a Subaru as does my son, my older brother, and my younger brother. Finally let me just say that I feel totally comfortable to refer any more of my family and/or friends to Ha Lee due to the great job he did for me. Walked into the dealership on Friday night and test drove an Imreza with Ha Lee. Great test drive - super informative. This guys knows the product! No BSing - no pushy tactics. I drove and I left. Took my husband by the next day to drive one. Alix took us on a test drive. Nice gal. Again, no BS. Sunday I called with an offer, it was accepted Filled out the paper work on line and everything was lined up when we got there. Took an hour or so to get everything signed and such. Brian in finance - also super straight shooter. These folks do their jobs and are friendly and helpful, Margarett, in reception - helpful and friendly. But Ha Lee! Wow, Ha is the easy button for buying a car! A stressless and FUN - yes FUN experience! And I love my new car, too. :)
