Customer Service is key. I actually left a Honda Dealership in Clifton because I just didn't like the sales agent but I did like the car. I decided to go to DCH Paramus and what a significant difference. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by two lovely women, I was acknowledged. Offered water, coffee, they were just Nice. And it sounds simple to say but it makes such a big difference in the experience. They got me a salesman immediately even though they were absolutely swamped this Saturday. I barely waited. Then I met Hamad Deeb. He was no B.S. and he absolutely knows the details of his vehicles. He was informative, direct, and again no B.S. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and Hamad D to anyone who is looking to by a car. Customer Experiences is not dead here. Come here and don't waster your time anywhere else. More
