I'd never bought a car from a dealer before, so I wasn't sure to expect when I went looking today. My other half and I ended up at Mackenzie Ford because they were advertising a smart that we were interested in.

We ended up working with Andy, who was a very nice, patient guy. Turned out the smart we wanted to look at was on another lot, so he took us down there, and let each of us test drive it. Once we decided it was the car we wanted, he helped us get the car and the three of us back to his lot.

Andy was patient through the whole paperwork process, which seemed to take forever. I think the amount of time it took to process the paperwork, and get the financing took the longest. It was worth it though, we came home with the car, new plates, and a better financing rate that we'd planned on.

We purchased an F-350 with the sales assistance of Andy Farhat. Andy was very knowledgable, friendly and an excellent listener. Throughout the sales experience we encountered other dealership employees who were also very friendly, helpful and professional. I have been dealing with Mackinzie Ford for over 20 years, and found them to be very professional and courteous with me. I have purchased several cars from them and they are the only ones to work on them, Benito and Andy know and understand the needs of the customer and give good advice. Trish, the courtesy driver, is a very knowlegable person who knows her way around the county. She is always presentable and on time in her pickups with me. The cashiers are even a friendly group and know how to deal with customers. Thanks to all their staff.

On 10/11/11, I brought a friend in who was intersted in purchasing a vehicle. We were greeted by sales person Andy Farhat, who was very friendly. Andy listened to my friends requirements for a vehicle, and he found her a SUV, that matched her request.
Andy was very attention to detail, walked my friend through all of the paper work, and did an outstanding job during the test drive, showing her all of the operational points of the vehicle.
This is the second person I have recommended to Andy, and I appreciate the outstanding service, that he has given to my friends.

We just purchased our Ford F-150 through Dick's McKenzie Ford. It was by far the best buying experience we ever had. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would expecially like to commend ANDY, our salesman, for all of the help he gave us. He went over and beyond our expectations showing us our vehicle and explained every option on the car. He made sure that we understood everything. We are a "Ford Family" and will definately return to ANDY and the crew at McKenzie Ford when we make our next purchase. We knew what car we wanted from an ad online and we went in and told them our prices and they worked with us on every angle. We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted and it couldn't have been a better experience. We tried other Ford dealerships to get the same car at the same price and they were rude and non-negotiable. Dick's Mckenzie was amazing in there service and they stayed up late with us pass there closing time to work on our deal and get us set up. Andy was a miracle worker and really helped us with our overall numbers and financing and I strongly recommend working with Andy, Will, Camas, and Darwin. We even got a red carpet treatment when we were walked to our new car. The whole experience went perfectly and if you are looking for a car I wouldn't waste time going anywhere except Dick's Mckenzie Ford.
