Hamid Azad at Lakewood Fordland

It was extraodinary to walk in, sit down at Hamid Azad's desk at Lakewood Ford, Littleton, CO and walk out 2 hours later with keys to a new 2012 Ford Fiesta car. I can always count on Hamid to get me what I need when I need it. I also worked with the finance manager Jay Mantilla who did everything beyond reasonable to get me the lowest payment possible. We have bought 2 new suv from this company and have yet to have even the slightest problem with any department-Hamid Azad will go 200 persent to give you the deal your looking for and will find ways to save you even more-the service department is with out dought the best in the state -Jay Matilla is going to give you his all every time-me Ive always been a mopar buyer but Lakewood Ford won me over--rmcco1649

All was great except for "High Pressure Close" tactics by person "approving" the deal. Sales and Service were "very good". Tony Petty has been the face of Lakewood Fordland to us as I have 3 Fords serviced there on an ongoing basis. Hamid and Karri were excellent in all of our dealings. It took a couple of tries but we got it done on a 2011 F250 crew cab, diesel pickup (used). I will use either or both of them again when one of my Explorer's gives up the ship. What a great team of professionals.Hamid was extremely helpful. Jay was right on top of it.Ray was very knowledgeable of all the vehicles electronics and accessories.Phil was way above! What a professional!He made this purchase his top priority and coordinated his team to rapidly bring it all together for a smooth exchange of vehicles.I would most definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

I was originally referred by a long time customer, Randy Golgart regarding the great service and sales representive at Lakewood Fordland and was introduced to Hamid. I told Hamid exactly what I was looking for not really thinking it was possible. Then Hamid found me the perfect truck, was very knowledgeable, upfront, and truthful and answered every question resulting in a very quick and gratifying visit to Lakewood Fordland.

The next day, financing went great with Jay and he was able to work out the details in a short time without a lot of haggling.

Upon my first visit back for maintenance & service Tony & Hamid were very helpful and friendly. Both ensured my truck received the additional upgrades and all maintenance requirements ahead of schedule. I have never had a better truck or service.

I needed a small car that I could get into the garage. I wanted something that was fuel efficient and easy to get into. It is easier to get in and out of some parking spots. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Our visit had started with Hamid greeting us. I told him what I wanted to do and he did exactly that and nothing different. He did not pressure us to do anything that we were not comfortable doing. All employees that we came in contact with we're very friendly and helpful. We were jot expecting to buy a car but ended up extremely happy with our purchase.

When I pulled into the dealership I was greated by a few salespeople. I asked to be able to look at their invintory by myself and If I had any questions that I would ask. They were very respectful of my request and scince I was only looking I did not want to wast any one's time. Well needless to say I had questions and they had the answers. And in just a short period of time I was driving off in my brand new F-150! They have the best selection best prices and friendlest people. I'll be using my Bird Dog refferal...
