My Review of Proctor Subaru:
Hank was very patient and attentive, it took us almost 9 months to decide on the Impreza Sport and he was not pushy or impatient at all. He really knows his product and explained all the features before we even started the engine for a test drive. I have never seen a salesman more proud of his product, just talking to him is enough to make you want to buy the car. So far I am pleased as punch with my new car and can't wait to take it on its first kayaking or biking trip.

I have been by the Proctor Subaru dealership many times over the past 1-1/2 years, as I was researching and considering a Subaru vehicle. Each time, the staff has been very friendly and helpful. During my recent purchase, Hank Smith was my sales advisor. Hank is a true professional and an asset to Proctor. He is very knowledgeable about his products and listens to the customer. The buying and purchase experience was the best new car buy I have had in years. Part of it was because I had done alot of research and knew exactly what I wanted. The other part was due to the personnel at the dealership. Thanks!

My Review of Proctor Subaru:
Mr. Smith was very patient with me over the several days I looked at and test drove various Subaru modeles. He carefully explained the features of each vehicle and helped me decide the one most practical for my needs. Mr. Poole was most efficient with the financial arrangements, explaining each document before I signed. And Mr. Smith made sure I was familiar with all features of the car before I left the lot.
I'd readily recommend this dealership to anyone contemplating a car purchase and suggest he deal with these specific employees.

While buying new car is not inherently pleasurable, buying from Proctor Subaru was certainly not painful. I was shown every courtesy and given any information I requested and at no time did I ever feel pressured. They were very patient and we tried a few different cars and allowed to drive in various road conditions. I like my new car and hope to continue to for quite some time. Thanks Hank!

Hank was excellent. To be frank, I have never met a car salesperson with so much knowledge of everything about cars, financing, and others general questions.

Hank didn't force me to buy the Subaru Outback. It was just how well he explained each and every aspect that made me buy this vehicle.

My Review of Proctor Subaru:
My recent experience in purchasing a new Forester from Proctor Subaru was extremely professional and pleasant. Upon my first visit I was greeted by Hank Smith who was courteous and very knowledgeable about all the features of the Forester. After checking out a few other similar vehicles, I returned to drive the Forester and was most impressed with its handling and smoothness of ride.

Hank was extremely helpful throughout the whole procees and Proctor Subaru was very fair in giving me a good price on the vehicle. Hank made the whole process very smooth and took an inordinate amount of time in explaining to me how everything operated before I drove it home. Also, answering any questions I think of.

I would have no reservations about recommending anyone to Proctor Subaru and want to thank Hank and everyone who assisted me.
