Harley Wood at Dick Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

This is the 3rd vechicle I have bought from this dealership and all of my purchases have been above board. I have dealt with the parts dept. since 1998 and have to say that too have one of the best parts managers in the business, I would like to thank Kent Linden for all the hep over the years. I would also like to thank Jason Scott ,Jacin Lohman, Eric Roundy for the help they provided with my new car. I would also like to thank Harley Woods in Service and the Mechanics Ron and,Moe.

I have akways bee treated very courteously and professionally. All of their work has been completed thoroughly and on time and my questions answered to my full satisfaction. I purchased my new 2011 Dodge Durango Citadel from Dick Scott and the experience in going over all the benefits and selecting engine size (Hemi 5.7) was a good experience, I did not feel pressured but was given lots of information and friendly service. I have returned to get my car serviced a number of times and have found the service staff to be courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly. Also, the new showroom, service area and waiting room they have just completed is great. My previous car was a Chrysler Pacifica and it was a great vehicle which is why I came back to Chrysler/Dodge. It was the perfect 7 passenger vehicle with all the amenities that anyone could want (or even need). Great dealership, great people, friendly and an excellent new showroom.

I dropped off my Jeep for service at 7am without an appointment and was promptly written up. I used the convenient dealer shuttle to get home. Harley called me back around 2pm in the afternoon with an estimate for the repair and I approved it. Just to verify the estimate, I called around to a few other shops, and found the price to be similar to what other shops would charge.

My vehicle was ready at the promised time the next day. Everything was repaired properly and my Jeep is running great.

Since my Jeep was already in the shop, I asked them to change the oil and this is the only part of the service that I had any complaints about. The price was $35, which is not great for a vehicle that only holds 4 qts. of oil, but I figured it was saving me some time. But for that price, I would think they would top up any of the other fluids (like most of the oil change shops will), but that was not the case. They only do a "Fluid level inspection" and they didn't even check the air pressure in my tires. I guess this is a little nit-picky, but sometimes the little things make all of the difference.

Other than the oil change, I am completely satisfied with my experience and I will probably go back to this dealer for service in the future.

My 2007 Jeep Wrangler was going through an excessive amount of oil. I was adding a quart of oil every 750 miles. Mike Torres, in the service department, suggested starting an oil consumption test. After multiple (regular) visits to the service department and an attempted correction (PCV valve), it was determined that a short block replacement was required. Dick Scott provided a very nice rental vehicle for my family to use during the week long repair. It has been about three weeks (and 500 miles)since the short block replacement and everything is working great. My experience with the Dick Scott service department has been positive, productive and an effeciant use of my time. I recommend Dick Scott's service department without reservation.

I’ve dealt with dealerships across the Metro Detroit area. As many of us know time is becoming a rare commodity. Depending on where my travels take me basically determines what dealership I use for warranty work.

I was working with a different dealership on a problem when two more problems cropped up. Even though the original problem was solved, the other dealership tried to convince me that the new problems were not there.

The end of my warranty was two weeks away so I couldn’t sacrifice the time to argue with the dealership. During this process my travels took me to Plymouth. So I did a search on the Dodge web site and came up with Dick Scott. I told Joe Prokes about my two problems and asked if he could help. He told me to bring my vehicle in and have one of the Service Advisers take it for a test drive.

I arrived at the dealership and Harley gave my vehicle a test drive. We didn’t even get completely out of the Service Bay and he verified both problems. I was put into a rental covered by the warranty and they started work on my vehicle.

One problem was finished the next day while I had to wait on parts on the second problem. I was given the option to return the rental and come back when the parts arrive which was projected the next week. I decided to keep the rental even though I would have to pay for part of it. To my surprise, they received the new part ahead of schedule and the work was completed on one of their evening shifts. I was back in my vehicle before the weekend.

When I picked up my vehicle ALL the people in the Service area were extremely nice to me. Harley was busy on the phone so the other Service personnel made sure I knew where to go to settle my bill (didn’t have one it was warranty work). Someone brought my vehicle around. I’ve never had this kind of service before!

My vehicle ran great and no new problems. I’ve dealt with six (6) different dealerships in the local area including Dick Scott to which two are no longer Dodge dealerships. Out of all of them to date I would say my best experience has been with Dick Scott.

So if you want your vehicle work done in a timely manner, regular notification on the progress of the repair, friendly and helpful Service Advisers, and total satisfaction then I would have to highly recommend Dick Scott.

If their sales team contains only half of the customer service that I experienced in the Service Department, I know where I’m going to purchase my next vehicle.

I always have a good experience at Dick Scott. I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years, and even when I've had issues the staff has worked with me to resolve them to my satisfaction. Would recommend and have recommended this dealership to friends and family. A++++ service!!
