I highly recommend Lindsay VW if you are in the market or need service. I got a great deal on my car and the people there are very nice and easy to work with. I enjoy going in and being treated like family.

Lindsay VW in Sterling is an example of a customer oriented dealership. While this started off ify with a sales person who didn’t listen to what we were asking for but it quickly changed when the GM (Jerry) switched us to Harry Vannie. From there on it was smooth sailing. As we were located 2 hours from the dealership he helped us do some up front work to ensure it would be worth our drive to get the car we wanted (Sadly Shenandoah Valley VW dealerships do not stock the Eos). While buying a car is never easy Harry made it enjoyable. And his customer service is impeccable, right down to the little details. Three examples: 1) When talking about getting the last few things from our old car, like the garage opener, I made mentioned I store it in the driver side door pocket. When we went out to the new car, it was in my driver side pocket. 2) As we wrapped up everything and heading out to the new car, Harry had two drinks on his desk, carbon copies of what my husband and I grabbed earlier, for the road. 3) We had a coupon for a free gift card for $25 for test driving. Something went wrong with the code and they couldn’t redeem it so they gave me an extra $25 towards my down payments (Sorry, I forgot your name manager guy). It’s those little things that show they listen and want to be customer oriented. There were no hard sales on warranties and extras, just listing them out and going over the benefits and costs (Thanks Sarah and Harry for getting us the options we wanted). And the car was detailed when we showed up to test drive so we didn't have that extra wait. Harry helped me synch my phone, the top was down, it was 65 F and we we drove off in the new car (previous car was an Eos as well, but the 2013 is SO much better). Thanks again to everyone there for the help and friendly service.

I went to VW to service my CC without the intention of trading in my 1 1/2yr old vehicle. I originally worked with Harry and Kenny on my first VW lease and established a wonderful bond with the both of them. I feel very comfortable knowing that I can trust them and know that they have my best interest at hand. In my situation, it made sense for me to trade out of my lease. Harry showed me the new 2013 CC, went over all of the features and sure enough I said "let's do this". The whole process took only 2 hours and I drove away in my new car, which was already cleaned and ready to go. I would recommend Lindsay VW to anyone. They truly have special people who work there who you can trust!

I walked into Lindsay Volkswagen with no real expectation of buying a car but I wanted one. I met Harry Vannie and we instantly formed a good conversation. Harry listened actively to what I said and, with no pressure, made a solid recommendation that was exactly what I needed. As we worked on the deal, Harry was supportive and caring and, again, put no pressure on me. Larry Schiro stepped in concerning financing and presented me an excellent finance package that fit my budget needs. Again, I cannot stress that there was NO PRESSURE; only supportive and real conversation. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Volkswagen to see Harry and Larry as they are two of the best salesmen I have ever worked with.

I was a first time buyer when I entered Lindsay VW so I was a little nervous; however, my nerves quickly settled after a few minutes with salesman Harry Vannie. He took the time to walk me through the process step by step. I never felt rushed, and any and all questions were answered to the fullest. Financing the vehicle was also a positive experience. Ms. Laura Salcedo helped me find a fantastic plan. Again, I did not feel rushed and I learned a lot. Once I had financed the vehicle Harry and Troy (a technician at LIndsay VW) took the time to once again cover all maintenance and technical related aspects of the vehicle. I am very happy I went to Lindsay VW. The team there really works hard to make the experience easy, informative, and pleasant.

We Just bought a new VW Passat this past Wednesday and could not be happier with the buying experience. We appreciate the professionalism and friendliness from our Sales consultant Harry Vannie. He was terrific and caring, not just business. There was no pressure, excellent communication and he gave us plenty of time and attention through the whole process. He also gave us a good price. He went above and beyond to patiently explain each feature offered in the car and showed us how they work. He even went the extra mile to help us find a better deal on auto insurance. Great quick service with minimal discomfort. People were very friendly and the financing was better than my pervious personal bank options. I got a great price on the vehicle but not so great on trade in.

I saw the 2012 VW Beetle at the Herndon Festival in May and had been thinking and researching about it since. On the evening of July 9, I visited Lindsay Volkswagen and met with Harry Vannie. We hit it off from the start and the whole car-buying experience was actually enjoyable. At other dealerships, I've felt like chum amongst sharks and have dealt with high pressure and chauvinistic salesmen. Harry's approach was a complete 180. He understood and respected that I knew what I wanted and went above and beyond to get the exact car of my dreams. It took a few days to get everything in order, but I got my car within the week. I was so happy with the experience that my husband decided to buy a 2012 VW Golf TDI the day after I took possession of my Beetle. We've been singing Harry's and Lindsay Volkswagen's praises ever since.

I have worked with Harry in the past. He has now sold me two cars while he's been with Lindsay Automotive Group. The customer service and buying experience at Lindsay Volkswagen is unmatched. Having bought a Volkswagen GTI in the past from Springfield Volkswagen and now dealing with Lindsay Volkswagen, I will no longer be buying from any other dealer. The prices are fair for trades and purchases and the customer service is great. Harry's no pressure customer service exceeded my expectations. He goes above and beyond in more ways than one.
