Harry Vannie was the best car salesman I've ever worked with. He was attentive, responsive, and knowledgable but at no point was he ever pushy. He answered our questions, presented our options, and was extremely cool and professional throughout (which is a difficult balance to strike). We felt lucky to have worked with him and will definitely refer our friends to Lindsay precisely because of the experience we had with Harry and because of the quality of the overall experience and product. My visit to Lindsay VW has been and always will be a pleasant experience - maintenance, new car sales. The staff is very attentive to customer needs and punctual. The showroom and service facilities are impecably clean. In the case of a recent purchase of (2) 2012 VW Jetta TDIs, I stopped by at 3 pm Mon 10/31 with exact specs and needed the cars w/in hours. I never met Mr Harry Vannie in the past but I have found him to be very cordial, honest, fair, and calm under pressure. In a matter of 2 hours, the cars were secured from elsewhere. Mr Craig Manes ensured that the contracts were in order and professionally presented and reviewed. For that, we walked away on a win-win deal. I have owned and driven VW cars in the past. Recently, my family drove 2009 VW Jetta TDIs from Los Angeles, CA to Washington DC and logged 625 miles/tank on Dec 2009. Harry and Craig delivered and wrapped the contract in a matter of hours. For that, we are very grateful.

I was helping my son purchase a 2011 Routan from 3,000 miles away. Harry was outstanding! He was prompt, thorough, fair and proactive. He got us the best price out of eleven dealership I contacted, but beyond price he was a pleasure to deal with. I had bought many cars, bought rarely has it been this pleasant an experience.

This was my best car buying experience ever!! From the moment that I stepped into the dealership I was greeted with the utmost level of customer service, professionalism and care. Lisan was my salesperson who answered all of my questions and returned phone calls quickly. He went over the details of the car and worked with me in making sure I was happy with the decisons I was making in choosing between the basic model and a luxury package. Once I made my decision I was handed over to Kenny in finance to help me work through the numbers. He was helpful in explaining how the lease process worked (since this was my first lease). I felt very much at ease as a woman making this decision on my own knowing that they were both very genuine and honest with me. Upon taking delivery Harry was sent to help program my bluetooth and make sure that I was familiar will all of the features. I could not be happier with my experience at Lindsey, I will definately be recommending them to all of my friends and family. This dealership is grade A! Thank you for everything.

I had an overall positive experience with Lindsay Volkswagen of Dulles. Lisan was the dealer with which I worked most closely. He was both professional and personable, and I never felt as if he were trying to manipulate me into making a purchase. The whole transaction was straightforward and easy. I left the dealership feeling like I got exactly what I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. In addition, as a single female purchasing on my own, I never felt like I was treated any differently or assumed to know less about cars or the vehicle purchasing process because of my gender. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new car.

I just bought a new Jetta wagon TDI from Lindsay VW. The sales man was Harry Vannie. I'm 50 years old and I have bought many new cars and I'm an avid reader of Car and Driver. I guess you can call me "A car guy". This experience was by far, the best I've ever had with a dealership. Not only did they give me a fair price on my trade-in car but discounted the new car without me asking. Who does that? I was looking around for the cameras thinking I was being punked. I had to talk to the sales manager, Chris Alvarez, to tell him about my experience. He proceeded to tell me about how they don't pay the sales team solely amount of profit they make on the deal but base it on other factors as well, like customer satisfaction. This process is great, Harry is great,and I would buy a new car from this dealership in a heartbeat.
