I purchased my first Toyota in May(Certified '09 Corolla). The whole experience was great!! Completely hassle free!! Friendly staff!! I couldn't be happier with my Corolla!! I just took it for 1st oil change & tire rotation at the new location & that was also a good experience... I highly recommend Toyota of Rock Hill!!

Over the last 5 years I have received excellent service. Both David B and Holly have been friendly, honest and efficient in handling my service needs. I highly recommend this dealership. I trust the service quality and have only had trouble when I have not used Toyota Service.

I bought my Toyoto Tundra in 2007. Having gone through the dealership changeover I am very happy with the transition that occcured. Some promises were made through the original dealership by the Sales Manager that were above and beyond the new dealerships perview.Al Shifferd was most accomidating and Mike Reidy made it happen. My go to person at Toyoto of Rock Hill is Holly Hinson and she has always been extremely helpful in working within my time frame to do my service.If you guys would step up and build a dually pickup truck I would buy one tomorrow. My thanks for allowing me to express my gratitude for the wonderful service I have received and will continue to receive in the future.

Great Service, Friendly Staff, Wonderful Experience! The phone call scheduling the servie, was simple. Appointment reminders via e-mail and phone message. I was able to drop my truck off at a time that was convenient for me and my work schedule. The shuttle service to work was apperciated and pleasant. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful of my time and needs. To date, each visit to Toyota of Rock Hill has been GREAT!

Excellent customer service attitude and service. However, I do wish some information would have been provided about "why" the replacement cost for my engine battery ran so high. I should have asked for more details so I would have better understood.

I just bought a new Tacoma from this dealership and had a different kind of experience. Where at other dealerships I wasn't given the time of day I was promptly greeted by Morgan who took my information, asked what I was interested in, and offered a test drive. Morgan was great to deal with! After the test drive I was expecting the "high pressure showdown" when it came to price, but it never happened. We agreed on the pricing and in a few days I came back in when it was convenient for me to pick up my new truck. Cornell offered all the options as far as extended warranty plans (I put a ton of miles on my vehicles and he was very helpful explaining what would work best for me. Very personable, not-in-a-hurry guy to deal with. Shortly after I purchased the vehicle, I had the dealership's service department install an XM radio. Holley arranged for me to drop off my truck one evening, worked me into her busy schedule and had everything ready to go the very next day-very professional. I have since already had my truck back by for the 5000 mile service. Again, I waited until the last possible minute to schedule the appointment, but these guys made a spot for me and I had my truck back by 9:30 the next morning. They really seemed like they understood my schedule and were more than willing to make adjustments on the fly to accommodate to meet my needs. Driving as much as I do I cannot be without wheels for long!

I have already recommended this dealership to two others and will continue to do so!

Husband bought me a Used BMW last week, I love it. It's in great shape and he bought me the extended Warrenty that E recomended. Everyone was professional and courtious. This is the second car I have bought from them. Holly in the Service Dept is wonderful to work with. I would recommend Harrelson Toyota to any one looking for a car, new or used.
