My Review of Flemington BMW:
Flemington BMW is an excellent dealership with superb management and a top flight staff in sales and service. The beautifully designed building serves as a platform for an very able sales staff. Tom Terrill is an exceptional salesperson. He knows his product and knows his customers. When I walked in to look at the 535i, he knew exactly what I wanted and walked me through the process leading to an order.

He frequently follows up with the customer, keeping him informed of the progress of the order right up to delivery. I couldn't be more enthusistic about the service supplied by the staff.

Howard Fomm did an excellent job of explaining the financial process and making clear all the elements of the lease. He was also helpful because he drives a 535i.

All in all my experience with Flemington BMW was superb. I can't imagine a better delership.

My Review of Flemington BMW:
I had a very positive experience at Flemington BMW on a recent trade-in and lease. It all started with the service department and the very good loaner vehicle program which allowed me 48 hours with a car that helped me make decision as to what vehicle I wanted next. Then the client service team who helped me turn that idea into a reality customized to my particular wants and needs. People make the difference and in this case Victor Velez in particular turned out to be everything you can ask for in a sales person. He took the time in the beginning to understand my situation and relate to my needs. He moved with speed and agility, displayed candor and transparency every step of the way, had a professional and friendly disposition, was incredibly thorough, executed with excellence and followed up accordingly. The dealership had a team approach to me as a customer as they were all in tune with my situation, and it was clear investing in a long term relationship was more important then the individual transaction. All in all it was a terrific experience.

This is the second BMW I purchased so have used both the sales and service end. Personnel in both areas are extraordinary with their knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism. The dealership is always extremely neat and clean from the garage to the showroom to the bathrooms. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

My wife and I purchased our first car together at Flemington BMW and I don't know if I will ever purchase a vehicle anywhere else. The service was great across the board. Bill Hinton, our Client Advisor, was extremely helpful in making sure we left with the perfect car for our needs. We purchased a pre-owned 328xi, fully loaded, and the car we purchased was not the car we were originally interested in buying. He made sure that both I and my wife were absolutely sure we were leaving with the perfect car for us and that means a lot to a newly married couple still learning on the fly. We also had a great experience with Steve, one of the managers, and Howard Fromm, the Finance Manager, who helped us get the best interest rate possible. My wife and I will purchase our next vehicle from Bill Hinton over at Flemington BMW.

Flemington BMW has got a great sales team. I interacted with Tom Terril, and great salesman, who will go through meticulous details about the deal, car, and all that you would want to know. He is really courteous and straight forward which will give you the kind of comfort you look for at a car dealership. Once you are done with the deal Howard will go over the details once more and will ensure you get the best deal possible out of the dealership. Howard's courteous and helpful approach gives you the comfort that the dealership will take care of you even after you take the key and drive away you priced possession. If you are looking to buy the 'Ultimate Driving Machine' you need to be at the Flemington BMW, 'The Ultimate Dealer'

I am very happy with the service that Flemington BMW offered. When I called on a whim, I was fortunate enough to get Scott Smith. He was extremely accommodating and flexible. Scott and Howard made the purchase go quickly and efficiently. Even after I purchased my vehicle and had a minor problem, Scott was there to help (9:30 at night). He followed through to make sure that everything was taken care of. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this dealership or Scott.

My Review of Flemington BMW:
I went into Flemington BMW to shop around before knowing what car I actually wanted to buy. I met Scott Smith who was terrific to work with. He was nice and friendly and very knowledgable about BMWs. Scott listened well and was really helpful in educating me about BMWs and helping me in the decision process, without any pressure. Scott followed up via email in a very comprehensive manner, giving me all the information I requested and in a very timely manner. When I finally decided to buy, Scott again was there to help. He didn't rush the process and was very helpful in dealing with final pricing, options, and everything that needed to be arranged. He brought Howard Fromm into review pricing, finance options and reviewed several analysis on different payment methods etc. He was also very friendly and easy to deal with. On pick up day, Scott arranged to have me picked up from my home and brought to the dealership. He spent a great deal of time reviewing all the paperwork as well as features within the car. Howard was also helpful in making last minute changes to some financing items. All in all it was a great experience!!!
