My Review of Manhattan Jeep Chrysler Dodge:
The entire team was very helpful and welcoming. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, we were greeted and treated very well. The receptionist was extremely friendly and kind to our small son who was with us.

Ilter Demy made sure to answer all our questions about the Patriot. He went out of his way to bring the exact car we were looking for and to take us on test drives. He explained all the features of the car and was able to honor all our requests.

Dan Aquino was very helpful with the financing. He made sure that we felt comfortable with our decision.

We felt that this dealership was especially respectful of the fact that we are a military family and tried to give us the best deal possible.

We would highly recommend this dealership to others and are very pleased with our purchase.

My Review of Manhattan Jeep Chrysler Dodge:
Customer Service - I didn't have to wait one moment to either speak to Ilter (salesman) or anyone else in the organization. I was also greeted and congratulated by several other members of their team.

Quality of Work - Ilter understood from the beginning that I did not want to compromise on the options I had selected on my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. He was more than willing to find the best match for me. Ultimately, I did have to compromise on one option, but he was more than happy to try and order me the car directly rather than usher me into something that did not match my criteria.

Friendliness - Everyone was friendly. From the top down...everyone was friendly and direct.

Overall experience - I can't think of anything negative to say...so it's got to be a 5

Price - I intended on leasing my vehicle. Unfortunately, once we reached a deal I was happy with and after having deposited money, my credit prevented me from getting the top tier rate that was used to calculate my payments. As a result, I am not entriely happy with the price presentation. However, I do not necessarily fault Ilter or the dealership. I would suggest that they present that earlier in the price negotiation. That is, make me aware that based on my credit, other price tiers would result.

My girlfriend and I bought a 2012 Jeep Liberty from Ilter. He was a pleasure to work with. He got us the exact model we were looking for at a very competitive price. I would definitely recommend him and would definitely work with him again.
