Iman Samarghandi at Nexcar

If you want to feel "at home" and be treated like a member of the family, Nexcar is where you should buy your vehicle. Honesty is one of the best qualities in people and when it transfers throughout a business, it is rare and exceptional. This dealership has bent over backwards for my needs and/or concerns with my 2010 Chevy Equinox that I purchased from there less than a year ago. It is truly a family owned dealership with a southern hospitality charm. Today I called Nexcar because I was having problems with my car battery. I went to a service shop in the Houston medical center and felt like I was being ripped off. I called Nexcar and personally talked to Mr. Mike Nguyen, one of the mechanics, who advised me just to bring my car by Nexcar and he would look at it when I brought it in. I drove straight there and he told me the other service shop was over charging me and he was able to get the part I needed and repaired it promptly and swiftly. While I was waiting everyone greeted me and made known if I was in need of any assistance I could call on anyone of them. The general manager, Mr Scot Seim, even said hello to me and remembered my name and car that was sold to me. This dealership has changed my perspective on car dealerships and keeps giving me the best customer and quality experience. I will recommend this family dealership to anyone who needs a vehicle and I will only buy my cars from them.

I went to Nexcar searching for an affordable and reliable car for my mom. All of the employees were very respectful and greeted us with a friendly smile. Different options were presented to us but we decided on a 2003 Toyota Camry. I would recommend Nexcar to anyone looking to get a great deal on a quality vehicle but most importantly because when you do business you want to do business with someone you trust... they were honest with us by providing carfax reports and other bits of information to allow us to make an informative decision as to what we should buy.

Mr. Iman Samarghandi made every attempt possible to find me the right truck at the right price! He really took the time to make me a deal that really made me happy! I would seriously recommend Iman to anyone looking for a used truck in Houston Texas.

I recently purchased a Sebring convertible from Nexcar and they are by far the best car dealers I have ever met. I would and do tell everyone I know that this is the place to go when you need a good car at a fair price. Excellent customer service , friendly, respectful and honest dealers . They have a great service department and quick to assist in any way they can. If you're looking for a good deal then look no further, you can't beat a Nexcar deal !!!!! Thanks Guys !!!

The folks at this dealership are second to none! I have terrible credit and these guys were able to come through for me when nobody else could. They are very understanding about the fact that people fall on hard times and everyone deserves a chance to pull themselves back up. They gave me that chance. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me in regards to the car and the financing. I would say these guys went above an beyond for me and I'm ever so thankful.

From the moment I arrived on the lot, I was impressed with the courtesy and respect given to me by the staff at Nexcar. The last time I visited a car dealership, I got denied credit, and they rushed me out the door and wouldn't even return my phone calls. Nexcar offers flexible options for those who have a spotted past and want a second chance to get back in a good vehicle. Iman handled my purchase, and is very laid back and doesn't have the car salesman attitude that has all but destroyed most people's faith in car dealerships. All the vehicles on their lot are good looking, quality vehicles. If I ever have the need for another car, I know where I'll be coming back to!

The dealership staff was friendly, and very interested in getting potential customers in a car that suited them well. And thats exactly what they did for me. My salesman Ken, was great, and helpful. I got the carnote I wanted, and was very pleased with that outcome. My car is great, and had only minor issues that were corrected within the first two weeks. The dealership made sure that the car was safe, and ready to be put on the road, by enforcing a checkpoint inspection, that I really value. When I go in to pay my carnotes, they are still very eager to help and ask how everything is going. The owner Iman, is the owner for a reason. He is very knowledgeable about his business, and the business of selling cars, as well as customer service! Over-all this is a great dealership, when needing that perfect car for the perfect dollar amount!
