My Review of Mungenast St. Louis Honda:
Let me tell you that this dealership is one of a kind. There are not a lot of dealerships out there that have great customer service and do everything possible for you to have a low payment and will do everything for you to get that car. Everyone is extremely friendly and excellent customer service. I work in customer service and thats what I look for when I'm putting money into something. I had a bad experience a couple of days ago at another dealership and then my boyfriend and I came here yesterday and were blown away. Gina greeted us at the door and she was busy with somoene else but still made sure we were acknowledged. Clayton came to help us and didn't get to help us finish the car deal because he had a meeting but was very friendly and later on he was helping us with our car on how to work it. Gina found us a great deal on to lease and did everything possible for us to get a car. I can't thank you enough. Ivo helped us go through the papers and explained everything to us and was cracking jokes with us. It made our first time leasing a car more enjoyable and relaxing. I can't thank you guys enough. No wonder it says number one in customer service beause you do everything possible for the customer and I will be coming to you guys for a very long time. Thank you!!

Our experience with St. Louis Honda was outstanding. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful, especially our salesperson, Clayton Patterson. He made our shopping trip into buying experience. We can't imagine making the deal with anyone else. He answered all our questions and went out of his way to accomodate us. Ivo Saric also made the financing as stress-free as possible. We love our Honda Fit and plan to have long relationship with St. Louis Honda. Thanks to all who worked with us!

My Review of Mungenast St. Louis Honda:
We were very pleased with the manner in which Mike showed us the new Hondas and went with us to test drive. He didn't pressure us the way so many salesmen do, and we were very please with that. He gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. Ivo Saric also was very nice and explained everything as he went through the purchase phase.

We will be glad to recommend Mike to anyone interested in a Honda. We haven't had experience with the service department yet, but look forward to coming in when we need maintenance on our new Honda.

St Louis Honda was an exceptional experience. I have never truly had an experience with a car dealer that I was happy with. And I can honestly say St Louis Honda exceeded my expectations. The associates that helped us (Jane Gassner, Shan Herwig, and Ivo Saric) are an asset to the Mungenast company. We will definitely be telling everyone we know about our wonderful experience, and will be going to St Louis Honda for our vehicle needs in the future.

My purchase of a 2012 Accord was my tenth Honda over the last twenty years; obviously a big Honda fan! For these purchases I dealt with four different dealerships. My experience with Mungenast was far and away the best of the bunch!

I was treated in a professional and friendly manner by everyone. Rebecca Wille is a knowledgable salesperson and treated me like a customer should be treated. Ivo Saric made the finance experience a smooth one; painless.Tim Jordan made sure my needs were being met and went the extra mile to meet them in a way that made my experience a great one.

All things considered I could not be more pleased with my Mungenast experience! If you need a new Honda, call Rebecca Wille. You can be assured the support she receives will make your experience a great one, too.

My Review of Mungenast St. Louis Honda:
I bought my 2009 Accord at Mungenast. Elmer Watson was a wonderful help and great to deal with. Unfortunately the car got totaled. I knew what car I wanted to buy to replace the 2009. While making calls to locate the car I wanted I DID deal with a few not-so-honest sales people. I worked with Joe Basler, first on the telephone. I knew exactly what I wanted down to the color. He got it and gave me the best out-the-door price. So I went right back to Mungenast and purchased the 2012 model with the help of Ivo Saric the financing was easy. I highly recommend this dealership.

I felt very comfortable at the dealership. Rebecca was trying to help me find a car I like , not just selling a car to me. When we were talking about the lease I felt that Ivo wanted to get the best deal for us.
I bought a car 3 years ago and now at the St. Louis Honda and would go back to buy the new one, hopefully 3 years ahead of now.
