I had a problem with my AC. Howie and I finally connected and I believe it was Naim? or Niam who was the tech on my car. They placed dye in the system and checked it out.I still need to return so they can check for leaks. Yet my A/C is blowing cold:)
Howie has always done right by me; I trust him with my car/ie my life.

Once again the care and service at Ed Morse Toyota...AWESOME.
Howard R. takes care of me like family. Caring and doing the best he can for me on my budget.
Always watching the pennies and making me feel great when i have my car serviced there.
Gene dropped me off and picked me up, he is a very softspoken man and an excellant driver:)

We had a pretty good experience with our purchase of our car except when it came down to the finance part the months financed did not match to what we told the sales person we wanted but in the end we were pretty happy. Thank you.

Our experience was wonderful. We selected our vehicle on line and completed a credit application. When we arrived at the dealership, our salesperson, Jackie, had our car clean and ready for us to test drive. She explained all we needed to know about the car and what we can expect for maintenance, and all the features. When we had questions about the certification, she brought in the service manager and the tech who worked on the car. We couldn't ask for more than that! The finance manager got us a lower rate than quoted. Overall, a very professional and friendly environment. We will definitely return.

I purchased my car in Jan. 2011- Carmine Collela works there and he, the sales staff (Jackie A) Finance Jim Holly and his crew did an AWESOME job. I have since been back to the dealership for a battery replacement and an A/C issue. All of these items were expidited quickly and professionally by my FAVORITE SERVICE Writer. HOWARD (HOWIE) Rosanberg.(Unsure if I spelled the staff's names correctly.
Howie goes way above and beyond his job duties ensuring that he represents ED Morse to the hilt.

HOWIE and CARMINE and the entire staff have been the best to me.
I have contacted them on numerous occaisions to try and help other friends have service done or purchase from them.

We had a fantastic experience and will send other friends. Our salesperson was very knowledgeble and made the process pass by in a very short time. Mr. Stewart, Mr. Kirshner and the manager Mr Frontiero were especially helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Ed Morse. Everything was handled in a very professional manner. Jackie was a delight to work with and has patience and fortitude. She truly listens to your concerns and addresses them fully. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant If there was a number 10 on this rate sheet for Jackie I would vote that number.
