Everyone was very nice and easy to work with. Much respect goes to Phil Beach who did a very professional job of dealing with 4 or 5 situations occurring simultaneously. He remained very calm and knew just what to do to request his staff's assistance in completing different parts of the car buying process while he was meeting everyones needs. All employees of Jeff Wyler that we came in contact with were very nice and curteous. The car we chose to buy, the 2013 Chevrolet Impala LTZ, has all the options we were looking for, the Crystal Red Tintcoat is absolutely gorgeous, and the price was fantastic! We were completely satisfied with the service provided by Phil, and will return to this dealership to work with him in the future, as well as sending everyone we know to him when they are looking for a car.

I bought a new Chevrolet today, and the customer service was great, the sales person AJ Castle was very nice to work with, and he answered all my questions. After looking and test driving several vehicles, I finally found the car for me. All the staff at Jeff Wyler auto dealership were so friendly. I meet with several in the Chevrolet staff there at the dealership, and they all were great. The price I paid for my new vehicle was what I wanted to spend..

Everyone was incredibly helpful and nice. they worked with us and answered any questions we had. They took care of us in a timely manner and showed us their service facility and gave us a coupon on our first oil change.

This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had! Jeff Coburn and JD Clark went above and beyond to get me a great price and an awesome finance package!!! I would highly recommend them and am proud to say this is my third car purchased at Jeff Wyler Springfield.

Don was such a personal salesman. He has a great personality and is just an overall nice person. I used to think of car salesmen as pushy but I felt very comfortable and relaxed with him. Thank you for having such a nice person to work for your company

For my first car buying experience, I had a blast working with Jeff Wyler. My family has bought from the Springfield Auto Mall in the past, so I knew just what I would be getting from Jeff Wyler and boy, did I get what I wanted!! I was offered a range of cars to choose from and not one, not two, but THREE extremely knowledgeable salesmen (Scott, JD, and Brandon) who helped me with any questions or concerns I had. Unlike other dealers, I didn't feel pressured to buy a model or brand I didn't want and I was heard when I told them my price limits.
I have loved every bit of my experience with Jeff Wyler and my brand new car. Thank you so much, Brandon, JD, and Scott; I will most definitely recommend Jeff Wyler to my friends/family and, in time, be back to purchase another car!

Sales people offered a lot of info in helping me make my choice. Even told me the down side of things and were never pushy. I will return to this dealership when im ready to get another vehicle.

We felt like the whole team at Wyler worked together well to serve us and help us in any and every way that they could. It seemed like the team enjoyed their jobs, loved the cars and really cared about us and making us completely happy.
