Jack Carney at Russell & Smith Honda

Purchased a 2007 Volkswagen Pasat. Had a lot of repetitive repairs. Car manufacturer was puzzled on how to repair the car. Spoke with the individuals above who immediately moved me to a new 2012 Civic with more favorable terms than the first car I had purchased. Thank you Honda.

I have been buying Honda Accords from Russell & Smith Honda since 1984 and they will always be my go to dealership for new Honda vehicles. In fact, I just bought my sixth Honda Accord from Russell & Smith! The staff is the best top to bottom. From management to sales to service everyone I have ever dealt with has been gracious and accommodating and obviously had my best interests in mind. I have and will continue to refer my friends and colleagues to Russell & Smith, as I know they will be well taken care of, no matter what model vehicle they are interested in purchasing. I always look forward to seeing the staff like Janet Cousins,Ray Huddleston and Jack Carney, when I am ready to buy new and even when I am just in for a service. They are always friendly and make sure I feel at home.

This is the third Honda we've purchased from Russell & Smith in the past three years. Jack has been terrific every time, and Ray has been patient and quite helpful the last two. There is a terrific culture at R&S, and everyone who works there lives it. Another Honda dealer is 15 minutes from our home, yet we drive an extra half hour to purchase automobiles from R&S. That says a lot.

This is my 5th car that I have bought from Russell & Smith. They were very receptive to my needs and what I was looking for. Everyone was friendly and professional. Greatness....this is our 3rd car from Russell and Smith and each time was better than the last. From the minute you walk in the door your greated with smiling faces, and a great, professional staff. I wish that all businesses work this professionally and efficiently. Highly recommend them. No hidden fees, no lieing, just honest business. We will go back to them for all our vehicle needs.

I just traded in my 2009 4-door Honda Accord for a 2012 2-door Coupe and love it!! As usual, Jack went out of his way to help me in every aspect of the deal. He is professional, kind and caring. Micah was also wonderful in helping me and explaining everything about the new car. Ami did my financing and she as well was extremely professional, kind, answered all my questions and was FAST!! I wouldn't go anywhere else and will definitely refer this dealership and the people who work there to anyone. Thanks to all of you for helping me!

Thanks you for making our experience a wonderful one-- we brought in our entire family and within three hours we had a new car with everything we wanted. Micah McCoy was our sales representative and was fabulous. My son wants to write about the experience:Our entire family liked the automatic tailgate closer. My sister was in love with the DVD player. Upon my arrival to the dealership, which was beautiful inside and out, I was immediately greeted with a smile by a very nice salesman, Andy. I let him know which cars I had been considering, and he walked me around the lot to take a look at some of my options. Once we went inside to talk details, Jack Carney, the General Manager, came over and personally introduced himself, welcomed me to the dealership, and made me feel very at ease about my big purchase. All of the employees were very informative, knowledgable and respectful. I could tell that they had my best interest at heart. I was very impressed with the personal attention I received from Mr. Carney. He was just wonderful and made the overall experience very special for me. After all the paperwork was signed, I was handed the keys and walked outside to check out my brand new, squeeky clean Red 2012 Honda Accord LX Coupe! It was a great day, and I could not have been more satisfied with Russell & Smith Honda and the amazing customer service they provided.
