Jack Holt is a great person to work with. I would have to say this has been my best experience buying a new vehicle ever. Jack never used pressure or manipulation as a sales technique - he was honest and fair at all times. He always followed through and kept his word. I would recommend Jack and Sport Durst to anyone I know that wants to purchase a vehicle. Working with Edgar Roman after the sale was an awesome experience also. I love the concept of having someone go over the vehicle to explain all the features. The whole Sport Durst team is awesome!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jack Holt. He was extremely helpful when tring to make my decision to buy from Sports Durst. I had originaly wanted to buy a used car but was persuaded in to buying a new Dodge. From walking up to the building to leaving with my new car I felt very comfortable. Along with friendly customer service from Jack, the building was very clean and inviting. Thank you all for working with me when other dealers would not and making my new car buying experience great!

Sport Durst was a great help because of Jack Holt. If the ratings could go to 10 thats what he would get. He maximized every possible customer service creteria. He was true to his word and looked out for me the whole time. Always straight forword. He is an excellent assest to the company. He made visiting sport durst an excellent experience.

Jack Holt was the best car salesperson I have ever met. He made me feel comfortable during the entire sales experience. There was no pressure during the sales process. He assured me that he worked for me and had my best interest at heart.

Jack was kind, down to earth, and nice to my whole family. I will recommend all my friends and family to visit this dealership and to ask for Jack Holt. He was the BEST. He got me the car I wanted and the price I needed.

I rated Jack Holt an overall (5) because from the beginning to the end of the sale; he was very attentive to ensuring that I was comfortable. Once I had told him that I work with at-risk youth and their families; I felt he wanted to help me obtain a vehicle even more! What really made me feel comfortable is that he kept saying "I work for you". I really felt that he had my best interest in mind. I had come to your dealership from another dealership located in Fuquay Varina; what a miserable experience that was. I had remembered seeing your dealership on TV and decided to ask my friend if she wouldn't mind driving to Durham. She didn't mind. The drive was worth it! I have never, never owned a brand new car; on this day I was blessed with my very first brand new vehicle! May Jesus bless you Jack and all of the employees at Sport Durst Dealership for the kindness you showed me on October 29, 2011.

The best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle! Jack Holt is the guy to see if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. He's the best. He doesn't pressure you to buy a particular vehicle; he talks to you about what you need, want, etc and helps you find a vehicle perfect for you. He's knowledgable and walks through every step in the car buying process with you, down to every detail.

The dealership is nice, clean and organized. The managers are amazing at their jobs and will work with you to get a price you can both agree on. I can't say enough about the people I worked with and my experience there. Will definitely be back for my next vehicle purchase (in several years of course), as well as my husband's!! :)

Me and my wife came into the Mazda Dealership about 2 weeks ago and we talked to a sales person and one of the Finance Managers. We were told we qualified for a certain car and what we needed to put down on the vehicle. We came back 2 weeks later to learn that the deal we had worked out was not interpreted rightand we were directed to the Dode Dealership by Mr.s Ma'Chae Cooper. But by the grace of GOD Ma'Chae Cooper and Jack Holt were there to helps us. The Sales Manager Mr. Jeff Richards and the two of them worked for us hand and foot. We walked out with a 2011 Dodge Journey and that is not what we were looking for, we were looking for a used vehicle. Without the help of God and the four people he had working for him that thursday night I don't know what we would have done. I would like to thank Mrs. Ma'Chae Cooper, Mr. Jack Holt, Mr. Jeff Richards and Mrs. Mesha Hawkins for there hard work and great attitudes toward us. I pray that you all have everything that you ask God for and more. I believe that God had them all working that night for a reason. I really do agree with the motto, Sport's Durst were we do come first. Once again thanks and you have a new family for life (The Edwards Family).
