Jack Korpi at Infiniti of Nashua

I'm a repeat customer of Infiniti of Nashua. I've been very happy with the customer service both in the sales and service areas. Dealing with car issues or looking for a new car is not my favorite thing to do, but I have had great experiences with the people at Infiniti of Nashua. Everyone is extremely helpful and professional. For this new car, I dealt mostly with Hugh McQueen who was absolutely fantastic! He was very patient with all of my questions and wasn't pushy. He really helped with looking at the pros and cons to figure out what car would be best for me, and I'm so happy with my final choice. We also dealt with Joe Gindi for our trade-in, and he was very easy to work with, always smiling and very helpful and fair. Jack Korpi has been wonderful to deal with in the Service area for my last Infiniti, so I'm very happy that we'll be able to see him for the new car service.

Working with Joe Gindi from the sales department was one of the easiest transactions of leasing a new Infiniti ever. He was very thorough in reviewing the features of the 2012 compared to my other vehicle. Thanks to Dale & Jack in the service department I was able to get my vehicle in less than 24 hrs. Kudos to everyone at Infiniti on Nashua.

The culture at Infiniti of Nashua is clearly customer centered. Everyone from the receptionist through the opsalesman through the sales managers and through service division did everything possible to make my purchasing experience informative and enjoyable.
I lleft the dealership with my new M 37 confident that I had bought an excellent car at an excellent price and that if I had any problems with the
car that I could contact a dealership which would do everything possible to help me with my issues.

In a word I would describe Infiniti of Nashua as EXCELLENT.

We feel very confident in choosing INFINITI of Nashua - everyone from the receptionist, service, sales and finance are warm and friendly. We bought our first Infinitis in 2005 and have had the car serviced there. We never thought of going to another dealer for our next purchase. We do not feel that we were taken advantage of and the deal was an easy experience. Instead of buying one vehicle, we came back and bought another.

Normally I wouldn't want to bring my car to a dealership for repairs for fear that they would overcharge and insist we make expensive repairs that are not really necessary. But, then we met Jack Korpi at Infinity of Nashua. Now we bring all 3 of our cars to Jack for service. Jack goes above and beyond and makes us feel like our cars are his number one priority. He seems very knowledgable and is very informative when it comes to our repairs and general maintenance. He explains what is causing the issues, the resolutions and the risks of not making the repairs. We trust Jack and enjoy working with him and will continue to bring our cars to Infiniti of Nashua as long as he is there. Over the years, we've even bought 2 used cars from this dealership knowing that they will back us up in the service department. Great Job Jack!

Great service --- a bit pricey but worth it! Grewat loaner program. Friendly, knowledgeable people. I missed my scheduled morning appointment - my fault, I flat out forgot - and they called me, rescheduled for later in the day, and still made a loaner available to me.

I purchased my G35X three years ago and the sales experience was great but what has realy made an impression on me has been the service. The service team is very professional, friendly and helpful. I have a lot of miles on it (73,000) so have had several visits for routine maintenance and minor repairs. The staff schedules the drop off time so I never have to wait, the car is always ready when promised and the car is always washed and the interior cleaned.

They provide detailed information on the work done and the status on wear items like tires and brakes. You can be confident that only the work that is needed is being done. My car still runs like new.

The service department at Infiniti of Nashua is top notch. I would not go anywhere else for service. They are 100% committed to the customer. They make me feel like I am part of the family. A+++++++++ rating all around. In all my years of owning cars, I have never had the positive experience I have at Infinit of Nashua. It is consistent. I have NOTHING negative to say. They are awesome!!!!

I service requirements for my two Infiniti vehicles from a Danver's Mass dealership to Infiniti of Nashua after receiving poor service at the Danver's dealership (work had to be redone on several service appointments). My experience at Infiniti of Nashua has been great. Service is done right the 1st time; work is done on schedule; and is done at the quoted prices. Service rep's, especially Jack and Dale, have been extremely helpful in scheduling appointments and in explaining requirements and options.
I would highly recommend the service department at Infiniti of Nashua.

Just a note about the service at Infiniti of Nashua which we have enjoyed since 2006. When we made the move from a Lexus to an M35X, we met the team of Gus, Jack and Dale. We originally thought the Lexus service was impressive but it does not come close to the care we have received from the team at Nashua Infiniti. They have provided us with the best personal service as well as maintaining our cars. They are not only the service team for our cars but also have become friends. This type of personal service will keep us loyal to Nashua Infiniti.
