Right from the time I started engaging with Precision Acura, the experience was very positive. Jacqui was very professional in her approach and worked with me to ensure I got a good deal. Ahmed made the entire closure and paperwork process extremely smooth and quick. All other people I met (Mitchell, Phil) were very friendly and created a no-stress environment, something that many other dealerships could learn from. Highly recommended.

I contacted Precision Acura through their internet department and was introduced to Jacqui Perry.Jacqui was very honest, extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with.After a few e-mails back and forth she requested that i come in and was confident we could work out a deal for a new MDX and Precision also would give me a fair deal on my 2003 MDX that I was trading in.I came in and Jacqui sat me down with Levon Kuznetson one of their salesman and within 10 minutes we had a deal!!!Levon also was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions and made sure i was completely satisfied.If you are in the market for an Acura, do yourself a favor and go see Levon at Precision. I promise you won't be disappointed.

It was a pleasant experience working with Curt at Precision Acura. I had to wait for my car to come in, thought it would take a month but these guys took the extra step and got mine in a week. Its great working with Curt and would recommend this place. Price they gave me, no one else could even come close. It was good buy out for me.

My Review of Precision Acura of Princeton:
Overall experience was extremely good. This was the first car purchase I have made on my own. I expected to go into a dealership (as a woman) and be taken advantage of...I was surprised. The staff were very friendly and were not too pushy (they knew when they were going too far). After purchasing the car, Ahmed really didn't have to do anything for me but he spent as much time as I needed to make sure I knew all the controls and was comfortable with everything. After I left he even called to check that everything was going well. He had an uplifting personality and really made you feel like YOU were important to him (not just another customer).

Phil Katz, the employee who helped us with all the paperwork was excellent. Phil was extremely thorough and clear. He explained all the paperwork and gave me ample time to review the documents so that I was comfortable. We were very impressed with him. He made us feel confident in the dealership.

My Review of Precision Acura of Princeton:
I had a great experience at this dealership from the beginning to the end! I first found this dealer during a Google search while researching Acuras. I contacted 5 different dealers through the Internet and Precision was by far the fastest and most professional responses. Jacqui answered all my question, and there were many. I set my appointment with Jacqui and arrived at the dealership where Jacqui introduced me to Eric? He was a find. He knew everything I discussed with Jacqui and was able to show me things on the TSX that I didn't know existed. As I already knew the price the rest was easy and I was driving home in my new TSX within 2 hours! Highly Recommended!
