We went in for an Edge. Came out with a Lincoln MKX. Martin was extremely helpful. Knew product well and answered all
questions with a little humor. Martin was VERY POLITE!! A pleasure to do business with. We also worked with Mr. Anderson he gave us a fair trade.
The big reason I would give high marks for these folks is NO DOG & PONEY SHOW!!!
No running back and forth with different prices and double talk.
Charlie was also helpful with financing several options no pressure.
We would recommend Rowe Auburn

yes, the staff was friendly and knowledgable, and very patient, since i i was kind of picky about the car i wanted. They found me a great car, unfortunatly, it was not available, but they made us a GREAT offer on an even better model, and we couldnt have been happier!!

Don and the rest worked very hard to get me into a car that I could afford. I was needing to get out of my van and after much discussion leasing a new Jetta seemed to be my best option and affordable. Everyone understood my situation and was upfront and honest with me. Our sales man, Steve was amazing. He was very laid back did not presure us at all.He was very knowlegable about the cars we were interested in, he went over all the pros and cons of the vehicles. He listened to what we had to say & made it work.

The finance guy Charlie was great. He kept us informed of everything he was doing to make a deal with the bank on our behalf. He got us the best possible deal he could & kept it within our budget.

This is the second car that I've bought at this dealership this past year alone; this is probably the only dealership that I'll be going to for the rest of my car shopping life. The service is exceptional. Both Jake and Bruce are very honest about potential issues with the cars I've looked at and very forthcoming in suggesting alternative buys. They lay out the pros and cons and ensure that I have no surprises. My first car I've had for a couple months now and haven't had to take it to the shop once; that's a first for me.

I appreciate the courteous and professional demeanor of Jake who makes the deal happen. Bruce is always at the other end of his telephone and readily available to answer my questions.
