Good vibe The people appear to "own" the place. They work together well, and, since buying a car can be stressful, it's important to be in a relaxed environment The people appear to "own" the place. They work together well, and, since buying a car can be stressful, it's important to be in a relaxed environment. I especially value the attention I was given by the salesperson Jake Chen. He is extremely attentive and authentic. I felt like a valued customer for whom it wanted to do well; I didn't feel like a wallet with feet. He works hard to make the experience smooth and efficient. Jason Manos in finance is also very good: intelligent, reliable, and experienced. I just wish this part of the experience could be a little faster: there are so many compliance items. That's not Jason's fault, of course. I just wish it weren't so. More
