My Review of Suburban Ford of Waterford:
I think I took Jake Leal by surprise when I walked into the front door and told him that they had my car on the lot and I wanted to buy it. He was very personable, and took the time to go over every detail of my choice with me. His confirmation emails were breif and informative, and he called a couple days later to ensure I was happy with my purchase, and to see if I had any questions. I was very happy with the whole process of purchasing my dream car. I have never felt so valued as a customer as I have at Suburban Ford of Waterford.

My Review of Suburban Ford of Waterford:
I just completed the purchase/vehicle pickup last Friday. My sales agent, Jake Leal, was absolutely perfect for my requirements. He was professional and timely with all of my communications. I will recommend him in the future(I actually already have) for those looking for a Ford vehicle. I look forward to getting my Ford Dealership survey and plan to rate Jake as positively as I can. I love my new explorer and loved the interaction I had with Jake and the Suburban Ford dealership - GREAT JOB!
