My Review of Bud Brown Volkswagen:
It is great to know that I can trust the service department at Bud Brown. The have done mechanical repairs to my car and are thorough in their work, and the also do the work in the most cost effective way. Jake, my service advisor is very thoughtful in his explanation of what needs to be done immediately and what work should be considered in the future. There is never any pressure to do more than what is necessary. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My Review of Bud Brown Volkswagen:
I was referred to Bud Brown VW to purchase a Jetta that I was interested in. I was specifically referred to Mac Mulkins to assist me with the sales process. Mac is an amazing guy that stayed in contact with my for 3 months while I was just beginning my Jetta purchase. He was informative and friendly and not pushy at all. It truly was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I now own 2 VW's and get them both serviced there as well. Bud Brown's service dept. is equally has helpful and friendly and have worked with Jake Watson who is great. I cannot recommend them enough.

There is a great sales and service team at Bud Brown. It was my best ever buying experience, and I have been driving VW's for over 30 years. I liked the family atmosphere and the fact that the owner, Phil Brown, is there to talk with you. They got my new car in less than 24 hours, and it was detailed and ready to go as promised. Shop at Bud Brown VW, ask for Missy, Jim or Mac or any of the other sales pros, and I know you will enjoy their expertise and professionalism.

Kelly, Russ and Jake do a great job in service, I have 4 VW's in the family, and they have been great help with sevice on them all. Wait until you see the great job Norman will do detailing your car after service!

Very friendly atmosphere and I couldn't be happier with the car service each and every time. I have taken my Jetta to other dealerships and the quality of service is not nearly as good as it is at Bud Brown Volkswagen. I encourage anyone looking for a place to get their Volkswagen serviced or to buy a new/used Volkswagen consider Bud Brown in Olathe, Kansas. They do an outstanding job each and every time. I even talked to the owner on the phone and he was very polite and considerate of my time.

Max showed me everything on my new jetta and was very knowledgable. Jake has always been helpful in the service dept. He spent alot of time on finding this noise that was coming thru the side mirror. They are always running on time and keep me posted on their progress when I wait for the car.

My family & I appreciate the professional approach at Bud Brown. Every step, from the initial purchase,service/repair & financial, was friendly & efficient.

My first experience was with Missy in sales. I really liked her low key approach. She pointed out all the traits/benefits of the Tiguan, answered my questions effectively, and worked very well with my husband in figuring out how to get the vehicle that I dearly wanted. She is very organized, and took us through each step with such ease, it was a fun. I was so happy and grateful to have her and hence, have my Tiguan! Missy also offered to let me drive the Tiguan for the afternoon. I was so blessed that she trusted me, as others before her had used excuses not to allow it.

The people in the service department are also a treat. They are consistently kind, attentive, and very organized in their work. I truely enjoy taking my vehicle in for service due to their sunny attitude when you arrive and efficiency with your problem.

One month after purchase, we had an accident. Jake took our case and guided me through the whole process, encouraging and directing what I needed to do. He tested our vehicle to document the damage, and did all the necessary paperwork to give the Insurance Company, even helping me with the details the adjuster had in mind. His goal was to help me get our brand new Tiguan fixed as new, which I wanted. He also researched a part order mistake, and took care of it honestly. His kind and professional personality made a stressful event, easy. I feel I can trust him to give excellent service at any time. Thanks,Jake

The ladies in Financial Services have also been shining in their approach and very efficient in their financial abilities. They make paying a bill fun and painless.
