My Review of Honda of Keene:
I just purchased a 2008 Honda CRV from Honda of Keene and I could not be more thrilled! My salesman, James Giniewicz, made the entire process easy, painless, and very enjoyable! I was in the dealership for only 2 hours and left with my dream car washed sparkling clean, full of gas, and already inspected!! The General Manager, Jason McLean, made sure I got great deal so that I could get the car I wanted- not the car that I would have had to settle on. He gave me a great deal on my trade-in, and an even better deal on my new car! I can honestly say that I would never go to another dealership and waste my time. It is obvious in the way that they conduct their business, that Honda of Keene truly cares about their customers. James and Jason are incredible at what they do, and you need look no further for your next car!

This dealership was the best we had visited during our long car search. They are professional and caring and do not exert undo pressure to make an immediate decision. Our sales person, James Giniewicz did an excellent job in helping us choose the vehicle and options for our needs and wants and provided an excellent introduction to our vehicle and its systems when we took delivery. Jason & James worked with us to develop a finance plan that would allow us to purchase the car we really wanted, rather than settle for something less. These people are great.

My Review of Honda of Keene:
We stopped at Honda of Keene after a very negative, sneaky and cold experience at another dealership in town. Needless to say at this point we were very leary of dealerships and sales representatives in our search for a new used car.
James listened to our experience and more importantly helped us focus on what we were really looking for. There was no pressure to purchase a car, just a commitment to be upfront and honest. After several test drives we choose a new used car that met my husbands strict criteria. James was professional and efficient while also remaining friendly and patient from the initial meeting thru the test drive experience and to the sale of the car. He even called several days after the sale to make sure we were still happy with the purchase.
The car as well as the overall experience with James at Honda of Keene is what sold us. I can honestly say I will be looking forward to our next purchase from Honda of Keene.

James took great care of us when we came in to look at a Honda Fit, we ahd come to look, we knew what we expected/wanted out of a new car and by the time we left that evening we had committed to a new Fit, not even on the lot yet!! Had the car a week, love it and highly recommend James and Honda of Keene if you are looking for a great car and a low pressure sales staff.

This is the second leased civic that i have. Both of the times i have worked with James he has been pleasant and very friendly. He shows highly that he loves his job and stands behind Honda.

My Review of Honda of Keene:
I came to look at cars, and had a printout of a bunch of listings from both Honda and Toyota -- James didn't flinch, but helped me sort out the ones that might be a good fit, and then arranged for me to try many options. I ended up with a 4 year old Honda Civic Hybrid and I love it. My first non-Subaru in many years! James was friendly and fun and there were no surprises.

We have given this rating because it was such a pleasure working with James who was such a happy , honest and helpful person. He worked very hard yo satisfy all our requests and demand. He showed us all the features of the car and helped us program many of its great features. all in all he made the purchase of our new CRV, very pleasurable and exciting.
