Met with Tino and his gang (Brian, Susan and James) who went out of there way to ensure I got everything I wanted in a new Ford Edge at the terms I set. Professional and courteous throughout the entire process, they were a pleasure to do business with. It was worth the drive from the beach!

My Review Of Duval Ford:

I purchased my first car here today. I was so impressed with them, as they were professional and not forcing a sale on me. I've had some experience with their service department before, and was always impressed, so it's very good to see that the entire facility is great. What's best is that I was worried that it would take a month to close a deal, but here, I was out in three hours. Of course, it helps a good deal to know what you want to purchase, but know that your time won't be wasted here.

i walked in and was immediately greeted, everyone there was very nice. i had a certain budget that the LAST ford dealer i went to(MikeDavidson) did not want to work with me and we couldn't come to a reasonable agreement. but not Duval Ford, they helped me work with my budget, Tino was very knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way with no haggle. Tino makes you feel very comfortable, everything is very transparent when spoken to about numbers and price. i would definitely recommend Duval Ford I'm a very Happy Customer in my brand new 2013 Ford Fusion.

My Review Of Duval Ford:

I purchased a 2013 Fusion and the experience was great from start to finish. Jose Negron and Tino Lebron provided me with outstanding customer service. They were professionals and made me feel like their only customer. First, they took the time to understand my preferences and budget. They truly listened to me and only showed me cars that met my criteria. They also cared about my budget and those cars above my budget were not pushed in order for them to get a higher commission. They don't make money based on the purchase price of the car but instead, they get paid by the number of cars they sell. It was a "pressure free" experience and no annoying haggling for a lower price. I actually enjoyed the experience and I can't say the same for the other three vehicles that I purchased from Nissan over the past 12 years. Also, the Fusion is classy looking and equipped with high-end features. I am in love with my new Fusion. I am a professional and hard working women. This car makes a statement all by itself. It actually compares in appearance to a MUCH higher priced BMW but it is half the cost. Also, I don't have the best credit but Jose and Tino were still able to finance me 9% lower than my Nissan purchases. This part alone makes my day. Thanks to Chris Hayes - you made the paper work process quick and easy to complete. Lastly, all the high tech features of my car were explained so that I could easily take full advantage of the Fusion's touch screen and voice command features immediately. Special thanks to Jose Negron and Tino Lebron, the dynamic duo of car sales. Can't forget James Saale for his behind the scenes assistance. I am so very pleased with my Fusion 2013 and I highly recommend it to others. Most importantly, I recommend you go to Duval Ford because the team that helped me were top-notch professionals. My Review Of Duval Ford:

Last month, I made my second purchase of a new Ford truck from Duval Ford and I wanted to give the staff a good review. I got excellent customer service from James, Susan, Mathew, and Antonio. Duval had the best deal after looking for 2-3 months and at 4-5 dealerships. My first truck was a new 1999 Ford F150 4x4 from Duval and I just traded it in on a new 2012 F250 4x4. I was not an easy customer to deal with. I did my research and had patience and even changed my mind at one point. No pressure from James or Susan and they were very helpful, professional, and courteous. When I finally made my decision, James found the truck and delivered it the next day. Also, I want to compliment the guy that drove it from Bainbridge, GA. He must have driven 55 mph the whole 200 miles because the mpg said 15.5 and thats a 6.2 liter gas engine. About a week later, I had a repair request and Antonio and James were very helpful in resolving the issue. They could have easily avoided me and the repair, but offered prompt customer service and a quality professional repair. This crew is an asset to the staff, and kudos to the managers that hired them. I have a good working relationship with this dealership and I recommend Duval Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle or service.
