My Review Of Duval Ford:
Last month, I made my second purchase of a new Ford truck from Duval Ford and I wanted to give the staff a good review. I got excellent customer service from James, Susan, Mathew, and Antonio. Duval had the best deal after looking for 2-3 months and at 4-5 dealerships. My first truck was a new 1999 Ford F150 4x4 from Duval and I just traded it in on a new 2012 F250 4x4. I was not an easy customer to deal with. I did my research and had patience and even changed my mind at one point. No pressure from James or Susan and they were very helpful, professional, and courteous. When I finally made my decision, James found the truck and delivered it the next day. Also, I want to compliment the guy that drove it from Bainbridge, GA. He must have driven 55 mph the whole 200 miles because the mpg said 15.5 and thats a 6.2 liter gas engine. About a week later, I had a repair request and Antonio and James were very helpful in resolving the issue. They could have easily avoided me and the repair, but offered prompt customer service and a quality professional repair. This crew is an asset to the staff, and kudos to the managers that hired them. I have a good working relationship with this dealership and I recommend Duval Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle or service.
