I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of Mr. Simmons and the Chestatee Ford Dealership. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and went out of his way to answer all of my questions. I appreciated all of the time he spent going over the features of the car I purchased so that I could better understand and use it.

Amazing Customer Service!!!! I called in when my car would not start and asked for service and thay were closed and my heart sank. I explained my problem and that they were my mechanics and I was not sure what to do. Mr. Simmons walked me through how to check for a lose battery and then came to me with a jump. He also reset my alarm and did not charge for the sevice. It is so wonderful to know that such nice people work there and I will only trust them with my car.

The entire staff was very helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to help us and gave us a great deal on a new vehicle. The finance department went out of his way to look for the best rate, instead of just going with ford financing. I would highly recommend this dealer to my friends and family, and I plan to buy all my vehicles from them.
