After admiring a vehicle on their lot for a couple of weeks, I decided to stop in after work and take a test drive. Mark met me in the parking lot and we proceeded to chat about the vehicle. After a two test drives, a brief negotiation and all kinds of wonderful, supporting documentation, we made a deal. I'm very pleased that I stopped in. Not only was my experience in dealing with Mark very positive and professional but I walked away with a fun ride at a great price. Thank you!

My wife and I are loyal BMW customers, but can't praise the efforts of Blake Stangohr and Nicholas Beeckman enough. Both were outstanding in delivering the kind of customer service and attention to detail that's often lacking in today's business world (let alone the auto sales business). Blake especially went out of his way to satisfy our needs and follow through without exception on locating the specific vehicle we wanted and keeping us informed during each phase of the transaction as promised. Blake and Nicholas also went out of their way to explain every aspect of the new vehicle in a patient and genuinely caring manner. And, while you would expect this from any reputable premium dealer, that hasn't always been our experience in the past. Both of these individuals and all other members of the staff that we interacted with at this dealership were friendly, helpful and courteous. In short, they earned our business, exceeded our expectations, and our highest recommendation.

The team at BMW Newport was knowledgeable, informative, courteous and accommodating. They were fair during our negotiations, and Justin Moniz took the time to make sure that I fully understood the ins and outs of my vehicle before I left the dealer. My entire experience at BMW of Newport was outstanding. I had previously purchased a Certified Per-Owned vehicle from this dealership, so when I was ready to buy a new one, there was no question where I was going to go. The salesman (Mark Tortolani) was very open and honest and had my wishes as his first priority. He worked with me over a period of time to ensure the vehicles he presented met my requirements. The used car manager (Jim Tarbox) offered a fair and equitable trade in allowance for my old vehicle. The finanace manager (Bill Woodcock) was highly professional, up front, and forthright throughout the process. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy or lease a new or used vehicle.

Absolutely recommend. Mainly worked with Mark T who I would rate as the best auto salesman I have interacted with in over 25 years. He listened and provided deals that met our needs. Also worked with all the others and was very impressed with everyone. They treated us so positively that a week after we bought a new 328xi we also bought a new X1!

I live in Warwick and originally visited the Warwick BMW dealership first. My experience there was not very good. I felt like I received a poor offer on my trade in and a poor price on the car.

I spoke with Nick at BMW Newport over the phone first as I was initially concerned with driving to Newport. I was assured that if I made the drive I would not be wasting my time. Nick was right. Right from the start I was greeted kindly and in a welcoming manner. The receptionist, I do have to say, is one of the most friendly and polite people I have met anywhere. I sat down with Nick and discussed what I was looking for. He found me the exact car I wanted. We then started the negotiating process, which was as relaxed an experience I have had in buying a new car. I also worked with Jim Tarbox and finishing our agreement. He was very professional and fair.

In the end I got the exact car I wanted and at a price that was very fair and significantly better than my experience in Warwick. I would absolutely recommend BMW of Newport and Nick Beeckman.

Never having had a bad experience with BMW, I found myself in unfamiliar territory when I ran in to trouble with a financed X3. I was very uncomfortable in a new finance agreement because my vehicle was in constant need of repair. I was unsure how the salespeople would respond to my request to get out of the agreement, and I was prepared to hear that nothing could be done.
To the contrary, Jim Tarbox listened to my story, read the service notes, and agreed that I should move on to a newer car. He turned a potentially bitter situation into a reasonable and fair transaction.
I was able to turn in my X3 and replace it with a newer (325xi) which I adore. I am seriously thrilled with my younger, sportier automobile and more so with the painless process at BMW. Many thanks to Jim Tarbox and Bill Woodcock for taking care of me.

I had an excellent experience at BMW of Newport starting with the call back from Mark Tortolani after an e-mail inquiry about a used BMW. His enthusiasm for the BMW and his fun loving attitude toward life in general was contagious. Unlike other dealers with whom I have had interactions I felt he really understood where I was coming from. The styling, color of the exterior and interior and the detailing were up there as priorties for me. One previous dealer had described me as "special" and I started to wonder if my high standards were too much to expect from a used car. Mark quickly allayed all those concerns and showed me quite a few viable options. He explained that he gets bonuses for the NUMBER of cars he sells and not for the AMOUNT he makes on each car so he attempts to get the best deal for each customer. After buying my car yesterday he called me and texted me to be sure I was happy and seems genuinely invested in keeping me a happy BMW consumer. The entire experience was excellent and so different from what I experienced in Providence. Everyone involved in my purchase was very friendly and helpful including Jason Smigel, James Tarbox and Nick Beeckman. I am definitely recommending BMW of Newport to my friends and colleagues.
