I had a very pleasant experience at Andrew Toyota. I worked with Jimmy, and he was helpful and friendly without being pushy. He never made me feel rushed or pressured. He respected my space but worked with me to find exactly the car I was looking for. He made the entire process much easier (and less stressful) than I had anticipated.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
A really great buying experience at Andrew Toyota. There was an awesome guy named James (Jimmy V.) Vallier who brought us some Famous Amos cookies and Gardetto's. He was very polite and offered an excellent trade in value for our old car as well as some rebates on our new car. He was very attentive and helpful, but he also gave us some family time to think about everything that was on the table. Jimmy seemed to be the superman around this dealership, he was going around and helping others while we were talking, and he even cleaned our car to the point where he called it "Showroom" quality which made our Corolla S look very sharp. He taught all of us how to use the Bluetooth and the SirusXM radio. All of the adjustments for the driver and passengers were made clear. When you do go to Andrew Toyota look for Jimmy, he's a genuine guy and he will get you a great deal!

I'VE BOUGHT 2 CARS FROM JAMES WITHIN 2 YEARS ITS WAS A 2010 COROLLA S .I RECOMMEND JAMES CAUSE OF HIS SUPER LAID BACK APPROACH,AND HIS ABILITY TO HELP ME MAKE AN EDUCATED BUY.ALSO THE DELIVERY PROCESS JUST TOOK ABOUT 45 MINUTES.HE IS MY SALESMAN HE SHOULD BE YOURS ALSO . James was really helpful to us. We walked in the store knowing we wanted a toyota and James helped us out in many ways. He was delightful and cheerful tous throughout the whole process. He did all the work, we just supplied the paper work. If your are looking for a dealer Andrew Toyota is great for customer service and satisfaction. Well, atleast I felt so after we bought a new toyota.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
James was very laid back in his approach, but very knowledgeable, very willing to answer any questions, and a good listener. I brought lots of information with me that I had researched on the vehicle financing and he was very respectful of the research I had done. He did not point at a number for example and say that is way off, or you have that all wrong. He respected the fact that I had a monthly payment "target" in mind, and he did everything possible to help me get there. The best characteristic about James is while being so helpful, he did not put the common pressure to buy on me. At the end of the day he let me make my own decisions. I would definitely recommend him to anybody interested in a Toyota/Scion. I never felt pressured, the product sold itself to a certain extent, and James was there to guide me and help when asked. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and personable. I highly recommend James and Andrew Toyota.

We are very happy with Andrew Toyota dealer.We wanted to buy a new Toyota Carolla and wanted to trade our old Carolla 2002 also.We got agood trade value for our old car and at the same time whatever price we got print out from American Express Auto purchase programe,they honour that too. James -sales person was very friendly, smiling and helpful.so our deal was very cool and easy too. Thank you so much Andrew! I will recommend James and Andrew to all my friends and relatives.

We went to 2 other dealers before going to Andrew. I wish we went there first. They were extremly polite and helpful. Our salesperson, James, was great. He really made the whole expierence easy. I would definetly recomend Andrew to anyone who wants to buy a car. They got us the car we wanted for under our budget. Which wasn't easy because we were trading in 2 cars for 1, one of which was a lease. I don't know how they did it but they made it happen. Thank you to everyone involved.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
I went into to test drive a automatic and standard transmission 2010 Toyota Yaris, and was pleasantly surprised as to the quality of the service I received at Andrew Toyota. This was my first car, and overall, I test drove 4 other cars, and had better service nowhere else. James was especially easy to deal with, and his calm, confidence, and non-intrusive approach was, in the end, one of the main selling points for me. He knows he's good, he is confident in the product he is selling, and didn't try to convince me I wanted anything more than what I asked for. This is an experience I didn't have at any other dealer. Thanks James!
