My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
The reason I always go back to Andrew is because of the people. I trust them. I've worked with John and Laurie in the past and it's always a good feeling to return to a place and see the same faces. This is the first time I worked with Dave, he was great. I worked with Dave because he called me a few weeks prior regarding my existing lease. If it hadn't been for his call, I would still be in my last car...and I LOVE my new car! I would definitely work with Dave again. However, without taking anything away from Dave, I was very disappointed when I realized that I didn't have James to work with. He made a wonderful impression on me two years ago...and if I had gone in on my own volition (not acting on Dave's call), I would have sought out James. ALWAYS a pleasant experience at Andrew! Thanks to everyone...

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
Purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla LE from Andrew Toyota in late August. I participated in the Cash for Clunkers program which provided me with $4,500 rebate. Despite the hectic atmosphere during the final days of the Clunkers program, my salesman, James Murphy Vallier, remained very helpful and was always willing to walk me, a first time buyer, through the entire process. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchasing experience and look forward to doing business with Andrew Toyota again in the future.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
My wife's old lease expired at an unfortunate time -- during the "cash for clunkers" rush for cars. So getting discounts was a bit more difficult than usual for us, since inventories were so low. We actually called Jimmy at the very last minute to see if he would compete with another price we were on the way to accepting. It was Saturday afternoon, and we ended up making the last minute stop at Andrew Toyota when he called back and said he could make it happen with the last car he had in that model (it happened to be my wife's first choice for color). Anyway, the subsequent brief experience was similar in some ways to those we've had with Lexus, Infiniti and Acura. No problems. And they prepared the car for my wife while we completed the paperwork. Great work, Jimmy.

Friendly, helpful and informative from the time we drove on the lot. He answered all of our questions and explained everything about the Prius we were interested in. We did purchase and drive home understanding all of the new technology on the car. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was very helpful and friendly.

Twice now I have worked with James Murphy Vallier III at Andrew Toyota, and both times I got the care I wanted for the price I wanted. Both transactions were leases, and the whole process was so simple! In both cases I came in with a price in mind for a particular vehicle, and we made a deal on the first try! It was great. Everyone at Andrew was so friendly and service-minded. I will definitely go to them (and James) again for my next car purchase.

James was professional and helpful in helping me select the Corolla that would be in my price range. He made me comfortable the entire process. When my car was ready to be delievered- he picked me up and brought me to the dealership. The customer service relationship still exists. (I will not be in the market for a new car for the next 5 years.) BUT he continues providing exceptional customer service by calling me every 5 months and making sure I still love my car. He even made my oil change appointment for me. He is a great sales person---but best of all--wonderful customer service. HE GETS IT!
I will purchase my next car at Andrew Toyota.

James Vallier was very helpful and informed. He understood what we were looking for and used that to get us into the best vehicle. The credit guy that did all the paperwork was also great to work with and very friendly. Unfortunately I did not get his name.
