My Review of Tri State Nissan:
James Watkins assisted my husband and I with our purchase of a 2012 Nissan Versa. He was extremely patient and genuinely interested in pursuing my interests versus pushing his own agenda. He answered all of my questions and made the car buying experience a very positive one for my husband and I. Jeremy in Finance did as well. I had purchased other vehicles and found the experience very uncomfortable. You have a customer for life! I rest in knowing the scheduled service plan, the additional insurance coverage we purchased at a reasonable rate, the warranties made available, and the Tires For Life program, have placed our family in the best position for vehicle maintenance and safety. Your dealership's focus on customer service, fair pricing, and quality vehicles are what we were looking for, it's amazing how other dealerships market that service, but fail to deliver. I will be back for future purchases! Thank you! Please give my regards to those gentleman I mentioned, you should know they took good care of your customers and represented your business well!
