My Review of Tri State Nissan:
James Watkins assisted my husband and I with our purchase of a 2012 Nissan Versa. He was extremely patient and genuinely interested in pursuing my interests versus pushing his own agenda. He answered all of my questions and made the car buying experience a very positive one for my husband and I. Jeremy in Finance did as well. I had purchased other vehicles and found the experience very uncomfortable. You have a customer for life! I rest in knowing the scheduled service plan, the additional insurance coverage we purchased at a reasonable rate, the warranties made available, and the Tires For Life program, have placed our family in the best position for vehicle maintenance and safety. Your dealership's focus on customer service, fair pricing, and quality vehicles are what we were looking for, it's amazing how other dealerships market that service, but fail to deliver. I will be back for future purchases! Thank you! Please give my regards to those gentleman I mentioned, you should know they took good care of your customers and represented your business well!

My Review of Tri State Nissan:
No complaints. The sales representative was attentive to the things I asked about and went and got the information. The price on the vehicle I was purchasing was okay. I ahte haggling over prices so I am pretty much at the dealership's mercy, but did not feel like I was taken advantage of (not actually sure what that feels like...). All questions and concerns were anticipated or answered by the sales rep and the finance guy, Jeremy. Follow-up questions a couple of days later were also addressed in a timely manner with the sales rep returning my call and providing quick and useful answers.


The only downside to the experience was that it took a while to get through the paperwork. I suppose I could have speeded that up if I had gotten pre-approval on the loan, but then I am not sure that I'd have gotten the rat you got for me. So, it worked out.

I came in to inquire about trading my car for a new 2012 vehichle. I was greeted

instantly by James Watkins and we got down to the business of discussing my

trade in. He showed me what I was looking for and we proceeded to complete the

process. I was finished with the whole process in a short amount of time. All

the other people that helped me were very considerate of my needs and wants. The

whole process was the best experience I've ever had in buying a new car.

James was very helpful and assisted us in every way he could. He was not pushy as some salesmen we have met. David worked with us to get us in the price range we needed to be in. Cathy was very nice & friendly in the finace department. All in all we were very pleased with the service that we received from Tri-Stte Nissan. We would highly recommend anyone to go there . The office atmosphere was comfortable and laid back. A very good experience for us.

Great service. Thought I was buying a SL model, if I knew it was an S I would of negotiated the price a little more. Still I feel I got a good deal. Once they've put a few new tires on then Ill know I got a great deal. can't add that into the rating yet. A good all around experience so far ! And I'm really enjoying the Murano.

We visited Tri-State Nissan at the beginning of our car search and ended up not having to go anywhere else. James and David helped us find the perfect car to match our budget and our needs. They weren't pushy or overbearing. James was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. David was funny and we enjoyed the bargaining process as it was all very above board and straightforward. We left feeling very happy and would definitely go here again for our future car purchases. Highly recommended!

My Review of Tri State Nissan:
My husband and I wanted to look at three different vehicles before making a decision. We had done our homework of the vehicles, knew we probably wanted to buy from Tri-State because we've purchased previous vehicles from them, but we didn't have a salesperson in mind. James Watkins approached us shortly after we began looking at vehicles on the lot. He worked with us until we made a decision--he was patient and provided pertinent information and answers to all of our questions, but didn't try a "hard sell" which both of us dislike. When we decided on the vehicle, he got us what we believe is a great price. James has a great demeanor--he is friendly, courteous, and professional. He and all of the employees with whom we had interactions made the buying experience a painless one (except for the payments, that is). I'd highly recommend Tri-State and James when you're looking to buy a new (or previously owned) vehicle.
