The professionalism, courtesy and effeciency with which James Williams operated was above and beyond my expectations. Matthew McMahon initiated the sale, but was unable to be present the day I arrived. He referred me to James Williams, who was the best possible salesperson for me and my personality. He was patient and kind, inspite of my indecisiveness and gave me excellent guidance in selected a vehicle without coercing or coaxing me toward his way of thinking. James reflected my feelings, acknowledged my opinions and went out of his way to find just the right type of vehicle for my needs with many extras I hadn't even anticipated. Greg finished the deal off with the financial paperwork. He was very helpful, courteous and professional as well. I can't say enough possitive things about my experience.

I'd like to also note that I was a cosigner on my son's vehicle and worked with Matthew McMahon and Adam with that deal that was done with equal professionalism and courtesy.

WOW!! This was by far the easiest car purchase that I have ever made. James Williams was my salesman and provided me with top notch customer service. Honestly, I couldn't have done better myself, and that is saying alot! James is not your typical salesman. He is honest and will not waste your time with all of the haggling. I currently work full time and go to school full time working on an accelerated nursing degree, so my spare time is limited.

When I say that my spare time is limited, I'm not kidding. I found the vehicle I wanted (2012 Nissan Juke, AWD, Pearl White, fully loaded), met with James, and took the vehicle home, all in the same afternoon. No hassles, no haggling, and absolutely no frustrations. While buying a vehicle can be stressful, James Williams went out of his way to try and make our buying experience as simple and as pleasant as possible. After my purchase, James called me several times to see if I had questions, and to make sure that I was happy with my new vehicle. My husband and I really appreciate the service we received from James and everyone at Joe Machens Nissan!

James made me feel very comfortable. He didn't try to take advantage of me, I was not nervous, he has a great sense of humor,down to earth, I really enjoyed my visit at the Nissan. James is a very hard worker who had the right idea of what a "cute" vehicle meant to me. I was very well pleased with the pricing, the color, make model, you name it and i was pleased. James went above and beyond late the night of purchasing my new vehicle. He is AWESOME!!!

Very friendly, low-pressure sales (the product did the selling) We are looking forward to taking a trip in our new Altima. We looked at several other cars, but the Altima won me over.

My first vehicle I have bought sight unseen from a dealer off the internet. Great experience. We live 90 minutes away and have did all the research off the net. My wife drove one in the spring, so we knew what we were going to get when the baby got here. Vehicle is great, sales dept was great and finally, the finance manager was very good. He showed us different options, but didn't force feed anything to us. I am in sales, so I really appreciated that. Looks to be a vehicle we will have for several years to come. I also think enough of Nissan and the Murano, to put my wife and new baby girl in it. Happy New Year and keep up the good work!

I bought my 2010 Titan from these guys last year. Love my truck and got a fantastic deal on it. Since, I've been bringing my truck and my 2008 Nissan Xterra to them for maintenance. I've never had maintenance done at a dealership before (never trusted them to be honest), but I feel like I can trust these guys and would rather have them work on my cars than anyone else in town. Great job guys. I'm a Machens customer for life at this point.

I looked at several dealerships in town and wanted to test drive several differnet vehicles. I test drove the Nissan Altima and the salesman was very friendly. I loved the car and then went to purchase it on a different night. I got a very good deal on my trade in, sales manager helped in getting good packages for the car and was out of the dealership with a new car in about 2 to 2 1/2 hrs. I was very pleased with the dealership.

Since it was the first time I have ever bought a new car, I was hesitant about the experience. Everyone at Joe Machens Nissan has been so helpful and informative, I couldn't have asked for anything better! Not only were they helpful during the car buying experience, but they have answered all of my questions since I purchased the car. I will definitely be going back to Joe Machens for my next new car!!
