Dominque and John went above and beyond to get my husband and I back on the road. We were on vacation and our car broke down. The reason I brought my car in was never address or action, even though I brought it in the reservation booking, at the time of drop up and in follow-up communications. I had to follow-up several times to get responses, and still have not gotten any follow-up in 2 weeks. When dropping off my car, employees were just staring at me, no one acknowledged me, after a bit of time, I went inside to the serive office they told me someone would come to me. When I walked back to my car someone was there. I was given an estimate on when they would look at my car but post that the communication has been poor. I would like someone to reach out to me as the DTC that I brought my car in to be looked at is still firing. More
