We dealt with Jerry Warfield over the phone and Jamie Moak in person. They were outstanding. Knowledgable, helpful, with no pressure. They were friendly, answered all our questions honestly and reliably, with great patience.It was a pleasure doing business here. I would definitely recommend and encourage my friends and family to visit this dealership. Everyone was great!

My Review of Paul Moak Volvo:
Wonderful experience. Jamie was the ideal salesperson. She was very friendly, and never came across as the "typical" car salesperson. She gave me plenty of space and room to think about the purchase. She also helped me get a great interest rate. Taking it one step further, she even called to wish me a happy new year and check on me (and the XC60). I'm sold on Volvo and Paul Moak...both have been a great experience so far.

Outstanding service from friendly sales associates. We visited several dealerships during our purchase decision and by far Paul Moak was the best! Jamie was extremely helpful and very knowledgable about the Volvo XC90 we purchased and Jerry was excellent as our finance/ general manager. I would highly recommend this dealership and would encourage anyone to work with Jamie and Jerry.

I was very satisfied with the way I was treated and helped during my experience at Paul Moak Volvo. I went to just look at the possibility of a new car and walked away with one. I have had my car for 3 weeks now and love it. I also appreciated the follow up call to make sure I was satisfied and had any questions!

THE MOMENT MY PREGNANT WIFE AND MYSELF ENTERED THE STORE, MS MOAK WAS SO FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE VEHICLE WE WERE INTERESTED IN. HER PROFESSIONALISM GAVE US THE CONFIDENCE TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLE WITH PAUL MOAK. THE BOSS SHOUD GIVE THE GIRL A RAISE. WE LOVE IT.
