My Review of David Bruce Toyota Cadillac:
We've probably been dealing with David Bruce for more than 20 years - and we've always seen Janelle. In fact, because of the excellent service & knowledge that Janelle provides - we've only dealt with her. We have driven nothing but Toyotas in those 20 years - with the exception of a Cadillac - still at David Bruce. And - we see no reason to change in the next 20 years - provided Janelle continues to work there!!

Have been dealing with David Bruce for many of years and have always been satisfied.

Service manager Chuck Oliver is great.

Janelle is super. She is very personable and knows her cars well.

Bruce is like an old friend.

Would not purchase from anyone else.

From the beginning of our search through the final sale, Janelle was professional and accommodating. In her approach to service, there is no such thing as an obstacle to meeting customer needs, whether it is finding the exact vehicle or resolving minor concerns. Nothing is more annoying than to spend more time than necessary in buying a car - going back to the manager, checking with this person or that person, etc. We have purchased five vehicles from Janelle and she has always made the process as easy as possible. She is very knowledgeable about the product and is able to answer all of our questions.

My Review of David Bruce Toyota Cadillac:
We live 90 miles from David Bruce and this is the third vehicle we have purchased from them and Janelle has always been the sales person. I think that says a lot about Janelle and the dealership. Due to the distance involved, much of the dealing has been done over the phone and Janelle has always been very responsive returning calls, etc. Janelle is genuinely friendly and lets us reach our decision without any pressure; she has always been straight forward and I believe she has always offered the best deal she that she is able to make. Various options and services were presented but there was no pressure to purchase. The subsequent paper work was expediently completed. Janelle always follows up with us to assure whether there are any issues with our vehicle. Any issues, are promptly addressed to our satisfaction. To sum up our overall experience, both my wife and I gave Janelle a hug, not just a hand shake, before we left with our new vehicle.

My Review of David Bruce Toyota Cadillac:
Janelle was great to work with on our purchase. We were in the market for a used Toyota Tacoma that our son would soon be driving when he turns 16. She treated all of us with respect, and spoke to each of us equally as her customer - me, my wife, and our son. She was very knowledgeable and gave us a full rundown on the features of the truck. She was prompt in communicating with us, both by email and phone. We live about an hour and a half away from the dealership, and it was great to have the truck and the paperwork ready to go the night we picked up the vehicle and the big red bow on the windshield was nice touch that made for the perfect Kodak moment! This was one of the easiest vehicle transactions we've ever had. I highly recommend working with Janelle.
