Steve was awesome. He was very helpful and all of the employees were personable. We found similarities in our lives that made the car buying experience relatable. This was our second Toyota Corolla purchase within the last 3 months. I will definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
This was by far the easiest buying experience i've ever had. I was able to work with James and get the right price all over email. Compared 7 dealerships prices and James at Andrew Toyota gave me the best deal. I set up a time with James to sign the paperwork and I was out of there with my new 4runner in only an hour. I totally recommend James and Andrew Toyota for an easy car buying experience.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
We were greeted at the door each time we arrived at the dealership, everyone is very personable and knowlegable. All dealings with Peter and Andy were unparalleled. In searching for our new truck they wasted no time in finding the exact truck we wanted. They each gave us their cell phones in case we had questions during the dealings of our new truck. The finance personnel (Jared) was also very knowledgable, answered all of our questions, extremely nice person to deal with.

Their customer lounge is very comfortable, plenty of refreshments, TV to watch, a kids area, a pleace to read the paper/magazines and also a place to make private phones if needed. The sales staff would come into the customer lounge to give not just us, but others as well, periodic updates. (You weren't just sitting there wondering what was happening.)

Overall, my wife and I agree that we have never been to any other place of business were we were treated with legenary customer service. We would recommend this dealership to anyone! Kudos to the entire staff!

Once again, we would like to say in dealing with both Peter and Andy they were top notch!

I had an excellent experience purchasing my new car at Andrew Totyota. I had a car accident where my car was totaled, so I contacted Andy Schlesinger at Andrew Toyota (where I had previously purchased two cars), who was out of town. He put me in contact with Peter Klein, who helped me choose a new car. Peter was in constant contact with Andy, and they both helped me got through this unanticipated car purchase. I dealt with Jared Johnson on the lease side of things, who explained things completed. Everyone that I had contact with at Andrew Toyota was professional, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Andrew Toyota and will go there again when I need another vehicle.

Our questions were all answered, responses were timely and follow-up thorough; he even helped us find a better insurance opportunity to trim a few dollars from the additional commitment we were undertaking. My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
While looking around for a new car, I had emailed a number of dealerships asking simply for a quote on a car. The guys at Andrew were very prompt and gave me a good price on my car right off the bat. They even emailed me a pdf of the window sticker so I could see the exact details of the car without having to go to the dealership to see it. When I went in, they were very courteous and friendly, and answered all of my questions. I was also a bit indecisive on the color I wanted, but each time I changed my mind (twice) they were accommodating to my request, no questions asked. The guy who explained all the finance options to me was also very thorough. Being my first time purchasing a car, I was very pleased with my overall experience and have no regrets.

Prentiss is an original; open and honest, very warm and easy to work with. He went the extra mile for us. Didn't rush us at all, but didn't waste our time either. All the people we worked with were accommodating, professional, and friendly. They made us a good deal and treated us respectfully. At no time did we feel as though they were trying to push us into something we didn't want. The detailer who worked on our car (Virgil?) did such an excellent job, we could not find a single smudge or area that wasn't perfect. We are very satisfied with the entire transaction and expect to purchase our future cars from the same dealership.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
I bought my first Toyota from Andrew Toyota in 1998. I have had the car serviced their ever since, and have not had even one problem outside of preventative maintenance in all 11 years. Supervisor Duane Domagalski and Service Advisor Mike Cooper both were (and still are) terrific to work with, and I have never, ever felt that they have not been honest and forthcoming with exactly what work is necessary and what work could wait, if finances were an issue.
Now that my son will need a car, I didn't hesitate (and why would I) to make my next car another Toyota Camry (he gets the old one, of course). I had such good luck with the first one, and there are such good incentives right now, that I made the decision without any doubt in my mind. I worked with Matt Hackett in Sales and Jared Johnson in the closing department, and was very, very pleased. I would recommend this dealership 100% across the board.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
I have been a customer of this dealership for quite some time now, and I have always been happy. However, this time I worked with three people who made the experience exceptional.

Jacqueline McCrae was my sales person, and it was clear from the beginning that she had my interests in mind. I never felt pressured to make a decision, and she spent a great deal of time with me trying to understand what my needs were versus what was in the sale for her. I will recommend her highly to my friends and acquaintances, because I want to see her succeed...she's very good at what she does.

I also worked with Jerod Johnson in financing who also couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. I had a lot of questions regarding the lease agreement, extended warranty, etc. and he was very patient while explaining things sometimes more than once.

Michael Opperman was the manager on hand when I was negotiating the lease with Jacquleine and, he too, took time with me and was very understanding when I made it clear that there were budgetary limits I was working within. He worked hard to get me into a car that worked for me and that I comfortably afford.

Lastly, when I received the car in the service bay I was greeted warmly, as usual, by Dan who took a moment to look over the car with me and join me in the experience of driving off the lot with my new car.

I freely admit that I'm the person who hates to shop, as well as negotiate prices, for cars, but my experience at Andrew made the process as painless as I can imagine it being...good job, folks!
