I started my search for a new car in June 2023. I met Ronnie and asked him questions concerning “market adjustments” that other Toyota dealerships have. Falmouth Toyota does not have market adjus I met Ronnie and asked him questions concerning “market adjustments” that other Toyota dealerships have. Falmouth Toyota does not have market adjustments. I returned in Oct. 2023 and in Feb. 2024, when I finally purchased a new 2024 Highlander. I had been going back and forth in my own mind for several months as to whether I would purchase a Highlander vs. a Grand Highlander. I would highly recommend that you talk to Ronnie at Falmouth Toyota concerning your next purchase. More

They’re the best! From salespeople, to finance manager, to the bosses/owners, to the used car folks, etc. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. We purchased a 2023 Rav-4 Hybr From salespeople, to finance manager, to the bosses/owners, to the used car folks, etc. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. We purchased a 2023 Rav-4 Hybrid & traded in an older Rav-4. I wasn’t sure I’d be comfortable driving the SUV but after becoming accustomed to it, decided to let go of my beloved 2006 Prius named Kermit (it’s not easy being green). Didn’t want any money for it but didn’t want the hassle of selling it. Also KNEW these folks would go over it carefully so the next owner would have years of safe enjoyment too. The bonus was… they actually gave a check for it!!! Said they could wait a couple years & sell it as an antique. 😉 More
