Jared Tinerino at Plaza Honda

Jared is the man! He really did an awesome job getting me into my 2012 civic SI. I walked away feeling great about the deal and very happy with the whole experience. I highly recommend Plaza Honda and especially Jared Tinerino.

I was very impressed with Jared T and his knowledge of the Honda car family. He gave me all the pros and cons about the Honda Pilot and never pushed me or forced me to make a decision right then and there. I am so grateful that I had a great experience with buying my new car. I have to be honest I wasnt looking forward to it. But Jared made everything work smoothly. The Plaza Honda dealership seem like they work as a team and that helped my husband and I make our decision.

To begin with Jared was an extremely knowledgable and courteous young man. He had terrific energy and was very passionate about his presentation.He moved and worked hard to get this deal done. I'm always sceptical when I got to a dealership.Usually a price isn't the "real" price or salesman doesn't look you in the eye. With Jared,I was really put at ease and knew we could get a deal done. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and outgoing. I feel I was treated very well there and would definitely recommend Plazaq Honda. See you in May when I will be looking to replace a current civic thaqt i currently lease for my daughter.

I never expected searching for a new car would be so difficult - until I arrived at Plaza Honda. This is the first time that my husband and I went into Plaza Auto Mall and left satisfied and with a new vehicle. The service that I received from Jared Tinerino was beyond my expectations. He was friendly, caring,had excellent customer service and most of all honest. I never thought i would get rid of my 2006 Honda Civic and Jared made that possible.

Bottom line, Plaza Honda wanted my business. I received several quotes on a lease, only Plaza Honda wanted to beat those numbers. Plaza Honda wanted it to be the last dealership i visit. Sales agent Joe Ross was very helpful in selecting the best car. Joe was very patient and insightful. The process or paper work to lease didnt take long, thanks to Joe's experience. Plaza Honda is a top dealership with agents like Joe.

For over a month I have been to 8 dealerships, 2 of which happened to be Honda dealerships; Valley Stream Honda & Hillside Honda. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer care! They were more concerned about charging large prices for cars that weren't even worth it, telling me I had to pay a heavy downpayment, & not to mention, they DIDN'T have the car I wanted. Plaza Honda was referred to me by friends of mine. After walking in a nervous & confused individual, with the help of Adrian & Jared; I was educated on the decision I was about to make, I wasn't rushed to decide on anything, I was taught the features & value in every car that I looked at, AND I was able to get approved for the car I loved, for a PHENOMENAL PRICE on both the monthly payment & insurance. Closing the deal with Kevin was a smooth process, his persona was very calm & made everything seem ok right before he congratulated me. I'm finally satisfied with the 2011 Honda Civic ex I drove off in today and I will absolutely recommend everyone to these guys. Thanks a MILLION!!
