Although my purchase did not go 100% without a hitch, my sales person as well as the sales manager (Jorge) assured me that everything would get squared away and offered solutions to my issues and not just excuses. I would say so far with my second purchase from Crest Volvo, they've always been great to work with and I give them five stars. I look forward to working with the team and having all the minor issues squared away. Kudos to Brandon, Jorge, Locke and Madolyn for their help and support.

My appointment was for the 100k CREST VOLVO BASIC service, which does not include “Replace Cabin Filter w/ Natural Odor Eliminator.” That service was subtly added without it being highlighted. The CREST VOLVO BASIC should have cost $634 (the quote when I scheduled my appointment), but my total ended up being $738.23.
