A drunk driver pulled out in front of my wife and totaled her 2011 Ford Escape. I did a web search for an identical model. Bill Estes Ford had one and I did not look further. Jason met me at the door and showed me the vehicle. Sitting down and talking about our situation, he explained that we could get into a 2012 for almost identical money. This was a great option for us.

I really hate car shopping, but Jason was very helpful, courteous and friendly. I never felt pressured, but that Jason was there to serve me. We were going to buy with cash, but Ford had a rebate on which saved us an additional $750 if we financed. Chris explained the details; pay the first 3 payments and pay in full on the fourth for our maximum savings. He, too, was very helpful, courteous and friendly. You can add Brandon, the tech guy, to that list, too.

We've purchased used cars from Bill Estes Chevy before and the Bill Estes organization must work hard at creating a customer friendly environment. That's what I experienced at Bill Estes Ford, too. I give them a five star recommendation.

Everyone was so helpful, especially in my case. I didn't even know if I could get a car with the credit I have. Jason and everyone was so helpful and friendly. I could not have done it without Jason, he is the main reason why I have my car. He continued to push for me. I would recommend Brownsburg Bill Estes Ford to any and everyone.

Had a wonderful experience! Both matt and Jason were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! They stayed within my price range, gave me a new battery and oil change and all around I felt as if I knew everyone there for years bc of how friendly everyone was! Definitely will recommend friends and family to matt and/or Jason at bill Estes!

We stopped in to deal on a Ford Escape because of the promotions heald by this dealership. We were treated realy good, even when we experienced an issue with the car we purchased. The salesperson and Business Manager realy worked hard to make sure we were happy with the outcome, very few dealerships do this today. It was a good experience, they will have a repeate customer.

We were looking for a specific used vehicle and had done some research on the internet regarding models and packages offered with the Explorer. We found a vehicle that matched our requirements and test drove it. This dealership was not a high pressure dealership and the saleperson, Jason was friendly and informative. The sale went quickly and painlessly. We also were looking for a local dealership with friendly feel. This dealership fit the bill and has earned our continued business.
