From beginning through the completion of the sale to buy a new Genesis these people are great. The went out of their way to find the exact car I wanted and made it happen in my terms. I purchased a Hyundai Sonata from them January 2013. There were some hiccups with my registration and paperwork to the DMV which took a few phones calls to the sales manager to get fixed. After a response from the GM, Dave Pavlik, I understand that mistakes can happen and that he truly cares about the customer and that the quality of service received should be nothing short of exceptional.

Carl Burt was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I would definitly recommend Carl to my friends and family. The dealership was very clean and the service that I received for a follow-up service call was excellent. The overall experience of buying a new car was quite painless. My wife and I love our new Platinum Genesis. We have received so many compliments on the car.

Nester was our salesperson, He did a great job showing us the vehicles, He seemed to be very up front on what was going on throught the whole process. Jason also did a great job getting the price we needed for our tradein and the price of the car down so we could have affordable payments. Great dealership. The one thing that was a bit annoying was the fact when we wanted to go look for a car he needed to go get the keys to each one. I would recomnend something different so the customer can look at the car quicker. Even unlock the doors to each car at the beginning of each day. One last thing is that when we pulled up to the dealership there was a crowd of salesmen standing in front, to me thats a disturbing sight and we almost left.

I went through the Costco program at the Temecula Hyundai dealership, the one on their list. They contacted me very fast. Shawn from the internet dept. was a great salesman. This car was for my son so I wanted to make sure he received a good deal and had a good experience with his first new car. The place was clean, 2 big screen TV's, coffee, water, and in their restroom they had mouth wash. Very impressed. This is far the best Hyundai dealership we've been to. They also have the best selection of cars. My son was looking for a gray color Genesis Coupe. This is the only dealership that had one. Jason was noticing me and my son was hungry so he brought us out a slice of pizza each. The christmas tree was also a nice touch. The entire team was very professional and not at all pushy. Everyone took time to answer all my questions and they were all helpful. I would recommend this dealership to friends. Heck I'm thinking about buying a white one.
