My overall rating for Bernardis is a five. I felt like the only costumer in the sales show room even though it was the last day of July and truly busy. I could not be more pleased with the help that Mark A. gave to me. I have bought many new cars but must say I love all the bells and whistles and I know Mark will be a willing assistant in my learning. He helped me to hone in on a car that meets my needs even though I was unsure at the time of what I really wanted in a car. I am in transition from a gas guzzling big SUV and now my Honda CRV is fun to drive and I don't feel the need to stop at every gas station! I felt that anything I asked for was "no problem". Vick drove me to the dealership and is the nicest and most interesting person. Love Love the back up feature with the CRV and the ease in which I am able to park is amazing. Keep up the good work...truly the best car shopping. Professional, thorough, and detailed. Whoops, I almost forget Manny in finance, another helpful professional.

Hasan was very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We were there with our young children and he did everything he could to get us through the process as quickly as possible. We went in intending to get a quote but were so happy with the process that we stayed, did the deal, and went home later that day with our new car. Hasan went the extra mile to ensure that wait times were minimal and that the car was as perfect as possible upon delivery. I would highly recommend Bernardi and Hasan to any friend or family for a purchase.

Our family needed a fast replacement to our previous van . We came to Bernardi , and really we happy about the selection. We met Eric , he guided us through the sale , and it was fun actually . We drove 3 different Odysses's and we actually bought the last one we drove. I am thankful that my salesperson was more interested in my life and what I was doing with it , than whether I was buying that day or not. I actually asked him if I could buy it , and they let the kids and I take it that day . Do yourself a favor and give them a try , before you buy .. And you will probably feel like me .Thanks Eric again for your help.

I lost my job and had a luxury vehicle, complete with luxury vehicle payments which were massively high. I needed to be able to trade my car in fast and buy something new, safe and good on gas. I didnt think it was going to happen but Eric and Jason went above and beyond what it took to get me out of my high payments and into the new car that I wanted.

Thank for providing me with a car that fits my tastes and choices. I will look forward to driving it. The sales department was a refreshing atmosphere that were both quick when they needed to be, and gave me space when I needed it as well. They are all well trained, courteous and professional. Usually buying a car is a stressfull experience. Denis (Sales) in Sales was very accomodating and helpful in selecting the right car. He went over and above to assist me with no pressure. Finalized the deal with Jason (Sales Manager) and he, also, went over and above to find a way for me to purchase this car. I did buy the car at a price that was fair and reasonable. I finally met with the Business Manger, Gregg, to do the financial part of the deal. Again, Gregg was helpfull and accomdating.

Had a great experience today. Thanks to Denis, Jason and Gregg.

After an initial bad experience with an unprepared salesperson, the dealership recommended I deal with the New Car Sales Manager and a Senior Salesperson. Both Manager and Salesperson answered all my questions, explained all incentives and options, and were very flexible on terms. Every person I meet was friendly and helpful. It was an enjoyable experience.
