My Review of DARCARS Toyota of Frederick:
ive been to two other toyot dealers regularly and they are very good but this group is a cut above from the personal service they give to the work done on the vehicle. Its nice to get the vehicle back clean(free car wash) and no stains inside from workers(which ive seen too often in the past at other places).
Also the waiting area is second to none with snakcs, drinks, wifi, tv, computer, etc. Its just that good and I am glad I am working in the area so I get to experience top notch service.

My Review of DARCARS Toyota of Frederick:
It was hard letting go of my Toyota to a recall, but Tim Dotson and everyone else named, made it an easier transition to be a new owner of my 2012 Toyota Tacoma. This is my 3rd Toyota truck, and I wouldn't own anything else. The whole package of buying the truck, dealing with Tim and everyone, finance, it was just an overall smooth enjoyable process.

My Review of DARCARS Toyota of Frederick:
I had my car Toyota Echo, 2002 when I first bought it out by Fredericktown areas in 2002. Ever since, I purchased my first vehicle myself and love it since with no problems at all. When Fredericktown moved to Buckeystown areas for service, I still have no problems with my car and Jason who is only one very helpful, very patience, very friendly to help other customer, very well manner because He and I started having discuss with my vehicle since my vehicle is over 100 thousand miles. I came to see him for my car with light engine check on so he said no problems and will not charge it for. I was amazed, pleased with his attitude towards his customers. I am hearing impaired, he competely understood with NO attitude showing. It is really amazed how he is and work together with his customers. I would recommend to other friends and families to see him for their service needs. I would purchase my next new vehicle soon.

My Review of DARCARS Toyota of Frederick:
In 2008, My family bought one camery from this dealer. From then, we did enjoy thoughtful and careful service from their service department. Therefore, in 2010, my family bought the 2nd car from this dealer again. Still receive excellent service from their service team. Recently, my camery got a accident, though Frederick store has no body shop, the service department manager Jason tried his best to help me through this,also with the assistance of Andy. Finaly my car got overall repaired, which makes me very comfortable. Moreover, after I moved house to Baltimore, they still follow up. When I found the problem and informed them, they never abandoned me. Jason contacted Baltimore Darcar dealership and asked me to go there to get my camery repaired. How perfect the manager Jason is! I miss Frederick Darcar a lot! I closely saw how it get renovated/promoted step by step for the past years. Hope their service team become stronger and stronger.Of course, as the customer, I do hope there are more Darcars established. Once I bought the car from Darcars, wherever I move, Darcars always be with me------Thanks to all its employees!

Recently my daughter and I bought vehicles from your dealership. This is my third and my daughter's second along with other friends and family members making it 8 vehicles. To whom it may concern, I feel that Jason Waltrup (general manager) Jason Barber (service manager), Jim Higgins (finance director) and Sasan Nevai (financial services manager)is an asset to your company. It was a pleasure to talk and deal with all the above employees. They make you feel comfortable, no high pressure and take the time to answer any questions you may have. It was a quick and smooth process.

I was stranded at a gas station right next to this dealership because my car would not start. Luckily, Jason Barber noticed I was having some car troubles and spent at least 20 minutes helping me, jumping my car, and providing advice on my next steps to get my issue resolved. I wasn't even a customer. I can only imagine how great he would be to his customers if he is so willing to go out of his way to help a stranger.

I bought my Scion xB in May 2006 and I have had all of my service done at Darcars in Frederick and it has been fabulous. Jason Barber has been the go to guy for me since my first visit and he has always been very helpful. I told Jason right away that I wanted to be very proactive with all of the maintence on my Scion and he has helped guide me in that direction. I have 94,000+ miles now and my car is in perfect condition thanks to Jason and the crew at Darcars. I look forward to many more years of driving my Scion and bringing to Darcars for service.

My Review of DARCARS Toyota of Frederick:
I have been taking my vehicle to DARCARS Toyota for 4 years. I have always enjoyed working with my service sales rep Jason Barber whom was always chipper and energentic. A few times I contacted him last minute for minor service for an oil chance on my Toyota Highlander I was always able to get my car in, and out very swiftly. Ive also starting bringing our Ford in for basic service such as oil changes ect since I enjoy the service I get at Darcars.

I have also had body work done there and Im very satisfied with the workmanship and speed at which the parts came once ordered.

My only suggestion -- the kids room video machine has been broken and out of order for over a year and a few upgrades in there wouldnt hurt.

My Review of DARCARS Toyota of Frederick:
I have provided the rating that I did because I contacted Andy Greisez this morning (5/5/2011) at 7:47am just to see if by chance he was able to service my 2006 Toyota Tundra today and he told me he could. I did not expect him to tell me that he could not only take care of my oil change but, that he could also take care of the "Class C" service that was due and have my vehicle ready for me by 3pm when I needed to pick up my children. I arrived at DARCARS TOYOTA OF FREDERICK shortly before 9am and was politely greeted by Amir Gasemy (he regonized me from previous services that I had done there) he asked what brought me in today and I told him that I was there for service with Andy. Amir showed me Andy's office and Andy met me there at his office where we reviewed the itmes that I needed to have done to my vehicle. Andy also took the time tobring some very important things to my attention that I would need to have done to my vehicle in the near future. I thought that was great to plan my budget for. As I was waiting for someone to pick me up from the dealership, (who never showed up.) Jason Barber came up to me and asked how he could help me, I told him that the person who was supposed to pick me up was unable to now and that I was trying to find some to take me to work. Jason Barber (whom I had dealt with a couple of years ago as my service advisor and its no suprise he is a manager now.) Anyway, Jason was able to arrange for someone there at the dealership to take me to work. All in all I am greatful for the above and beyond customer service recieved by these three gentleman that assisted me today and completely exceeded my expectations with being able to complete the things my vehicle needed on such short notice and on time as Andy told me they would be. (You just don't seem to find that level of service and care anymore.) I am also very appreciative for the way I was greeted by Amir when I arrived at the dealership and how Jason was able to make arrangements to get me to work this morning. I will always have my Toyota serviced at this dealership and I will continue to rave about this dealership for everything they have done for me. Thank you, your the best!!
