My Review of DARCARS Toyota of Frederick:
In 2008, My family bought one camery from this dealer. From then, we did enjoy thoughtful and careful service from their service department. Therefore, in 2010, my family bought the 2nd car from this dealer again. Still receive excellent service from their service team. Recently, my camery got a accident, though Frederick store has no body shop, the service department manager Jason tried his best to help me through this,also with the assistance of Andy. Finaly my car got overall repaired, which makes me very comfortable. Moreover, after I moved house to Baltimore, they still follow up. When I found the problem and informed them, they never abandoned me. Jason contacted Baltimore Darcar dealership and asked me to go there to get my camery repaired. How perfect the manager Jason is! I miss Frederick Darcar a lot! I closely saw how it get renovated/promoted step by step for the past years. Hope their service team become stronger and stronger.Of course, as the customer, I do hope there are more Darcars established. Once I bought the car from Darcars, wherever I move, Darcars always be with me------Thanks to all its employees!
