Jason Gellatly at BMW of Bridgeport

I had priced BMWs at several dealerships and approached Bridgeport late in the process. At that stage I knew exactly what I wanted and had thoroughly researched the price. Jason acknowledged this right away and pulled no surpises in delivering the car on time and on the price they had agreed to. Sounds simple, but in negotiating with another dealership at the same time, they did their best to make it murky and unclear.

Jason knew the car and features cold and was able to arrange the deal quickly to my specifications. I would also commend Glen Ramsteck who was the one who educated me on the cars features - good first overview and terrific response for any follow up questions along the way.

All in all, I was very pleased working with these guys.

This is my first BMW purchase. Jason was as professional and attentive as could be hoped for. He and the rest of the staff made the buying/delivery experience above and beyond my expectations. The commitment to customer service is extraordinary and i would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. It's that good. I have purchased BMW's through several different dealerships in Connecticut over the past 15 years. Until now I have only had service done on cars at the Bridgeport dealership. Each time the service, no matter how big or small the job was done right the first time and the staff has always been nothing short of exceptional. Recently, I purchased a CPO at Bridgeport. The experience again was exceptional. The friendly, knowledgeable staff that i have always experienced with the service department was the same quality on the sales floor. Jason Gellatly was professional, efficient and very helpful during the entire process of the sale. With both my past and present experiences with the BMW Bridgeport dealership I would highly recommend them without any reservations.

As much as it may be true that an automobile such as the BMW sells itself, I approached my recent purchase with some trepidation. My concerns were practical: cost, new or certified pre-owned, durability and wear and tear on the car given the type of work I do (mainly 30 to 40 city miles per day), etc. Nevertheless, I was referred to BMW of Bridgeport and, specifically, to client advisor Jason Gellatly by two of my colleagues. Now, over a week after purchasing a pre-owned vehicle, I still find myself impressed with the service and efficiency of this dealership. I realize also that I was particularly fortunate to have been referred to Mr. Gellatly whose customer service is exceptional to the point of raising this standard far beyond what I have come to expect of many businesses today. His knowledge of the dealership's inventory made the process of choosing my vehicle quite easy as his honest approach in discussing the specifics of the particular model in which I was interested mitigated any concerns I had regarding the purchase. Ultimately, I was able to purchase a high-quality automobile at a very good price. The friendliness and respect I received from this dealership and Mr.Gellatly far exceeded my expectations. This is my first time buying a BMW, everyone at the dealership was great. All my questions were answered, the hardest part was deciding which options to get.

Jason Gellanty is an excellant sales person, even though he was busy the day I went in he answered all of my questions and made the decision process easy. He gave me a good deal that I felt was very fair. I never felt pressured. Once I decided on the car and options he took care of everything including having me insurance switched over.

The purchase process was simple, I just showed up and signed. The Business Manager, Catherine Rogers, explained all the paperwork and options in detail. A technician went over the car and all the options including the navigation system and explained how everything worked. I drove away with a good understanding of the car. I'd highly recommend Jason and the dealership to anyone looking for a BMW.

Jason Gellatly is an outstanding salesman. This is the second car that I have purchased with Jason's help. He explains everything correctly and gives the correct information on the questions that you may have along with working aggressively to get me the best deal he could. He has taken care of the many phone calls, speaking to insurances and to the DMV on my behalf which helped me tremendously. I recommend that everyone goes to Jason Gellatly when purchasing their next vehicle!!
