My Review of BMW of Bridgeport:
I in all honesty never write reviews just for the fact that I never have time to, but I thought I should make time to share my experience I had when shopping for a used BMW.
I looked all over the internet and narrowed down my search to a handful of cars and of course all at different dealers. I started at 1 in Mt Kisco, the people were nice but they really wouldn’t help me to get to the monthly payments I was looking for so I had to turn away. Then I went to Darien, this was a mistake! I had to walk around INSIDE for about 30 minutes until anyone paid me any attention. If I knew it was going to get worse I would not have stayed any longer, but once I finally got someone’s attention. Note it was not busy and all the salesman were just sitting down at their desk starring at their monitors. I don’t know if they ignored me because I am young, but who cares, their f***ing loss (done with my rant). So once I started talking to someone and told them the car I was looking at, they went to get the car from the back and they lost the car. Yes they couldn’t find it! Then once they finally found it, another 20 mins later, it was dirty so they had to hose it down. It was dirty on the inside too, I just had to walk away.
Now my experience at Bridgeport was the complete opposite. As soon I walked in Jason assisted me right away, even though he was in the middle of helping a customer! Here it was busy but I still got attention right away! Jason worked with his other customer as quickly as possible as he saw I had my 6week old baby with me. He got straight to the point and we finally came to a deal on exactly what I wanted. Jason is a family man, tries to do his best to make all parties happy!
Additionally even after I bought the car and drove off with it, he called me the next day to let me know I left CDs in the dash of my trade in and he was willing to mail them to my house so it wasn’t inconvenient for me to pick them up as I live about 40 mins away.
All in all I kept Jason’s information so when I upgrade I will definitely reach out to Jason.
Note: Quality of Work is N/A as I have yet to get serviced from them
