My Review of BMW of Bridgeport:
This dealership knows how to run a business. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, particularly client advisor, Jason Gellatly. Jason took me on my test drive of a new 2011 BMW X3 and was able to meet all of my questions and concerns with honesty and thoroughness. Jason worked hard to meet my expectation on sales price and trade in and I purchased the day of my first visit. He helped me find cheaper financing outside of BMW as well, and even helped with my insurance company They processed the sale faster than any other dealer I've worked with and I wa able to drive home with the vehicle about an hour after makin the deal. I would highly recommend others to do business with this dealership! Thank you!!!!!!!

I bought my BMW! The staff was great I would buy again from them and refer. Go see Jason G! I didnt think i would get approved for the special financing but they worked it out for me AND with NO MONEY DOWN! that might have been the best part!

This is the second car we purchased from Jason & definatly not the last. He makes the whole sales process PAINLESS. From the moment we walked through the door, he was courteous, professional and informative. The entire transaction was a success and a pleasure as always. I have given the ratings I did because they are accurate!

It is because of the expertise of my salesperson Jason Gellatly and the welcoming treatment I received from BMW of Bridgeport that I feel comfortable with my ratings. I previously purchased two other automobiles from Jason and when I went to purchase a car this summer and found out that he was at BMW of Bridgeport, I immediately went there and purchased from him a 2011 X3 (I love it!). I trusted Jason, he is a knowledgeable salesperson, and he made the purchase process a smooth one. I am so happy to be an owner of a new BMW and am thankful to Jason for helping to make it happen!

The dealership was also responsive to my needs. I felt welcomed and the actual purchase transaction, facilitated by Jeff Pearce, went smoothly. I was guided through the process and had everything thoroughly explained to me.

I would recommend BMW of Bridgeport (and I have).
I would recommend purchasing a BMW from Jason Gellatly (and I have).

My Review of BMW of Bridgeport:
I in all honesty never write reviews just for the fact that I never have time to, but I thought I should make time to share my experience I had when shopping for a used BMW.

I looked all over the internet and narrowed down my search to a handful of cars and of course all at different dealers. I started at 1 in Mt Kisco, the people were nice but they really wouldn’t help me to get to the monthly payments I was looking for so I had to turn away. Then I went to Darien, this was a mistake! I had to walk around INSIDE for about 30 minutes until anyone paid me any attention. If I knew it was going to get worse I would not have stayed any longer, but once I finally got someone’s attention. Note it was not busy and all the salesman were just sitting down at their desk starring at their monitors. I don’t know if they ignored me because I am young, but who cares, their f***ing loss (done with my rant). So once I started talking to someone and told them the car I was looking at, they went to get the car from the back and they lost the car. Yes they couldn’t find it! Then once they finally found it, another 20 mins later, it was dirty so they had to hose it down. It was dirty on the inside too, I just had to walk away.

Now my experience at Bridgeport was the complete opposite. As soon I walked in Jason assisted me right away, even though he was in the middle of helping a customer! Here it was busy but I still got attention right away! Jason worked with his other customer as quickly as possible as he saw I had my 6week old baby with me. He got straight to the point and we finally came to a deal on exactly what I wanted. Jason is a family man, tries to do his best to make all parties happy!

Additionally even after I bought the car and drove off with it, he called me the next day to let me know I left CDs in the dash of my trade in and he was willing to mail them to my house so it wasn’t inconvenient for me to pick them up as I live about 40 mins away.

All in all I kept Jason’s information so when I upgrade I will definitely reach out to Jason.

Note: Quality of Work is N/A as I have yet to get serviced from them

My Review of BMW of Bridgeport:
Jason and Tim (the General Sales Manager) were absolutely fantastic to work with. The patience they had while I was trying to choose the "right" car was remarkable (took about a month).

In addition, Walt Modeen in the Service department was a great help in advising what types of things to be thinking about from a cost of maintenance/service perspective on a couple of different cars I was looking at.

Finally, Jeff in Finance was able to secure a great finance rate and made the paperwork process completely painless. Though he offered a variety of add-on plans, he approached it in a friendly informative way, and was not at all pushy. This was very refreshing.

All in all, everyone I worked with at the dealership was always very professional and friendly and helped to make the buying experience comfortable. I would strongly endorse this dealership for anyone considering purchasing a BMW or requiring service.

Absolutely the best dealership in the US! Just came back from Munich (and we also lived in Germany)...Tim, Jason and the entire team are helpful, knowledgeable, and assisted us with buying a 2012 750LXi. This is the second new car we bought from Bridgeport BMW and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else. From the BMW capital of the world to the US, Bridgeport BMW is the best for customer service, quality, and price. To be honest - no-one should be going anywhere else. Dave & Jamie
