Since 16 1/2 years have passed since I last purchased a new vehicle, I was a bit nervous and was not sure what to expect when I walked in the door at Colonial VW. I was introduced to Keven Umana who unders new vehicle, I was a bit nervous and was not sure what to expect when I walked in the door at Colonial VW. I was introduced to Keven Umana who understood my situation. From the beginning of the process to the time I was handed the keys to my 2023 Tiguan, Keven took care of every detail, answered all my questions directly and explained all the paperwork clearly and efficiently. Can't say enough about all of our experiences we have had with Greg Cohen when looking into our vehicles.
