About Jason Hancock
Jason Hancock
My name is Jason Hancock and I have many joys in life. First and foremost is my family. I have a wonderful and supportive family which includes my rambunctious little boy Noah. He is 2 years old and has added such joy to my life. His big joy is monster trucks and my big joy is selling trucks. Other joys of mine include: Titans football games, poker, nascar races, yard sales, antique shopping and travel. You will find me out early on a Sunday morning tailgating for the football games. When it comes to poker they can’t slow me down. I have played in numerous poker tournaments all over the country. I just took Noah to his first Nascar race in Daytona, FL. I hope to open his eyes to all that this world has to offer. My wife and I love to travel and now we can share that passion with our son. My favorite vacation was to Baja, Mexico and driving the Baja buggy. I am truly blessed and very dependable. I am very caring and treat the ones I love with all that they deserve.

My Review of Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia:
The sales rep. Jason Hancock worked very hard selling us our new Sportage. He was friendly and showed that he really cared. The service staff also went the extra mile with the alignment check. After I felt the steering was incorrect. Also Jason let me drive another similar vehicle to let me see how it's steering was similar.
If I have any complaints it is the effort one must use to get the best buy they can. I like it better when one can just come forward and give an honest figure they are willing to pay and get a yes or no. I have never liked bickering for a fair price. It waste too much time and sometimes money.
The Kia Sportage was one of the choices we had (we also looked at Hyundia Tucson, Honda CRV, and the Toyota Rav4. We chose the Kia because of the determination of the sales rep Jason Hancock and the service we had from our Kia 2002 Optima. I feel we got a fair price (maybe not "great")and that we were treated well. Having looked at Kias at other dealers we chose Carnival at Hickory Hollow.
Our 2002 Optima had a good ride, enough power, decent economy, and darn good reliability, I know many other manufactures now have a 5 year powertrain warranty but Kia (and Hyundia) have had it longer than almost anyone For these reasons we chose Kia again as our choice in automobiles.

My Review of Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia:
I only have 2 complaints. I was told the car would be filled up with gas and it only had a quarter of a tank in it. That would of been ok if I had not been told up front it would of been full. Also, when I picked up the vehicle I was not shown how to work or where anything was. When I test drove it the saleman went over a very few things but not in detail. All and all it was a good experience.
