My husband and I started shopping for a new 2013 Honda Accord EX-L online with Tony and Jason on Wednesday evening. By Saturday morning we were picking up the car. It helped so much being able to negotiate over the internet.

We have purchased many new cars in the past and this by far has been the absolute BEST car buying experience. This is our first Honda purchase and I guarantee you it will be the first of many. No hassle, just plain "let's make this deal happen". They went above and beyond our expectations from the price on our trade in as well as the price on our new car. We received many online responses from other dealers but they only wanted us to come in to discuss the car.

They had the exact car we wanted, from the exterior color to the interior leather with only the options we wanted. We love the car.
We travelled over 3 1/2 hours to buy this car and would do it over again!

The sales team worked to help us evaluate the car we were considering starting from the point of our submitting an online request for pricing. The same day as that request, we had several e-mails from the salesperson in response to the query to clarify the request, with a price for the features selected that same day. The sales team let us perform a short test drive late in their day on a Friday afternoon, jeopardizing their 6PM closure time and yet did not make us feel rushed as we took the vehicle out for a short drive. They further supported our desire to get a lengthier evaluation of the vehicle by accommodating our interest in having an extended, overnight test drive to allow us more miles and time at the wheel with the majority of the features we wanted with the car. Once we firmed our exterior and interior color preferences, the dealership worked to acquire a vehicle exactly matching our requested configuration and communicated clearly when it would be available to allow us to stop in and review the car's appearance to enhance our previous evaluation of the features. Upon our decision to proceed with an offer, the sales team was responsive in the negotiation process and as we completed the delivery of the vehicle, they accommodated our need for timely execution of the delivery activities and flexibility in pickup of the vehicle. The experience all in all was very enjoyable.

We were in contact with Bridget/Jason through the internet. It was wonderful to be able to deal with prices through the internet at our convenience. Bridget was able to answer all our questions and went above and beyond out expectations to make sure we understood all the functions of our new Honda Ridgeline. I came to Frank Ancona to look for a used car that I could trade in for my 2000 GMC Sonoma, which was my first car. I hadn't been to a dealership in 7 years and I'm so glad I came to Frank Ancona Honda. Everyone I met there was so friendly and helpful. I worked with Tom Olson and Jason Heard and they were the best. I got a fantastic deal on a Civic and didn't even have to explore my options at different dealerships. If I ever have to get another car, I know exactly where I'm going!

The selection of vehicles is great. They are under new construction so there is a bit of dust, but that is only temporary and will provide room for even more vehicles. Jason was very easy to work with, and when we went in to make our payment it was already after 6pm on a friday. They were happy to stay late and work with us to fill out all the paperwork.

The only problem we had was lack of communication with Mr. Blazer. It would have been good to know that they were only open until 6pm on Friday, because we live 90 miles away. Now we will have to make arrangements to go back in, get an extra key and pick up the paint they promised us. Kind of frustrating, but Jason was kind enough to offer to fill our tank.

Overall a good experience and I would recommend this dealership.

My first contact with Bridget Drake by phone was so positive that I decided to drive to Olathe to talk a deal with her before returning to another dealer that I had seen twice before and was planning to make the deal with that day. I am so happy I did...much better deal and much better service.

My husband and I have been going to Frank Ancona Honda in Olathe for approximately 15 years now. We are always treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. The entire staff is friendly and you are greated with a friendly smile as soon as you walk in the door or on the lot. We have recommended several friends and family members, who have either bought or leased their vehicle through Ancona and are now "honda lovers". I would not go anywhere else to purchase my vehicle!
