Salesmen were friendly & knew their products. However, there was a problem with paperwork that should have been submitted from the dealership to USAA resulting in our paying a higher interest rate. Also, after we signed the papers, I realized that the price we paid for the Fiat (was higher than what USAA had recommended we be offered by about $4,000. So, these two issues impact our perception of the knowledgeability of salesmen, or, I wonder if they were rushing a bit because it was the last day of the year. In hindsight, I am not sure if I was offered the best price. This is of concern since we will be looking for a car next year and I am ambivalent about returning. Was this review helpful to you?
