I was asked to leave a review concerning my leasing a new Hyundai Ioniq 6. My salesman, Scott Kim, was exemplary: he both knows his product well and how to treat a customer; his Sales Manager, Saeid Nouri, Hyundai Ioniq 6. My salesman, Scott Kim, was exemplary: he both knows his product well and how to treat a customer; his Sales Manager, Saeid Nouri, finalized our negotiation quickly and fairly; Scott Lott, the Finance Manager, is a great guy and didn't use any of the high pressure attempts to sell me anything I didn't need, as is typical of those in his position, but we did agree on something I did; and after meeting the GM, Javeed Rasheed, I see that it all starts at the top. Thank you all for an incredible all-around experience -- and the car is fantastic! More

This was my first time getting a car from Hyundai, I went to multiple dealerships before driving out to Cerritos and I genuinely can say that this is one of the best car dealerships I have been to. I had a complicated situation regarding my lease and they really made my experience a smooth happy one. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to get a car. The customer being happy is their main goal and they really proved this for me. This store is genuinely lucky to have the likes of Mr. Javed, Mr. Jay Saleem, and Ms. Alejandra.
