We had an overall great experience. The salesperson was professional, courteous, knowledgeable - yet not pushy or overbearing. He answered all our questions and was patient as we went through the steps of making decisions about exactly what we wanted. We love our Jeep!

I bought a 2012 Dodge ram. The sales experience was friendly and quick. Most conversations were welcomed over email (my preference). My radio went out in the truck after one week. Three days later I got a new radio and the best , most friendliest service any person could imagine. I have bought two trucks form them and will buy a third in the future.

We are very satisfied with our new Town & Country. It has most of the options we asked for and we got the color we wanted. The only thing we wanted that we did not get was the bluetooth accessory which was one of the most important features we wanted.

My Review of Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep:
The internet experience was not what I expecterd. I thought by using the internedt to build the vehicle I was looking for I would get a response from the dealer as to yes, no or have something close. When I went to the dealership it was like starting over with the vehicle information. Otherwise I have been extremely satisfied with this dearlership (having purchased here before). The vehicle I purchased will be delivered on Jan 11 or 12 as they had to find it as they did not have what I wanted in stock. I feel very comfortable with Carolina Chrysler and will have my service done here. Now I am just waiting to get the call that my vehicle is ready.

Our total experience was very good. All your associates went above and beyond any expectations to get us the vechicle we wanted and make sure we were satisfied. We are from Texas and would normally have bought locally. Your staff made us forgo that standard and buy 1100 miles from home. That is as good as a review you should expect from any customer.
